Objective:Based on“meridian-tendon-bone balance regulating”combine supermicro needle knife combines with cervical short lever manipulation to observe the clinical efficacy of cervicogenic headache. And illustrate the clinical application value of this method by health economics evaluation method.Methods:60 cases of CGH patients were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30);the observation group was treated with supermicro needle knife combined with cervical short lever manipulation, the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with massage, each group received 2 courses of treatment;VAS and sEMG were used before and after two treatment courses to observe the improvement of patients’ symptoms and signs. The health economics value of the two treatment methods was evaluated by cost and effect analysis.Results:1.VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01),indicating that both methods could significantly improve the pain symptoms of the two groups.VAS scores between the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in improving pain symptoms.2.The RMS of bilateral superior trapezius muscle before and after treatment in the two groups showed significant difference(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups could significantly improve the contractility of bilateral superior trapezius muscle;after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the contractility of bilateral superior trapezius muscle.3.After the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 83.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the observationgroup was better than that of the control group.4.Three months after the end of the treatment, the follow-up results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.66%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the long-term effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and it was not easy to relapse.5.The cost-effectiveness comparison of the two groups of treatment methods in health economics shows that the cost of the observation group is 360.67 yuan per1% effective treatment, while the cost of the control group is 432.39 yuan per 1%effective treatment. This shows that the observation group is more economical than the control group in treating CGH based on the sample of this study.Conclusions:1.Supermicro needle knife combined with Cervical short lever manipulation, acupuncture combined with massage for the treatment of CGH can effectively reduce the headache degree of patients, and can improve the muscle contraction force of the posterior cervical muscle group, achieving good clinical short-term efficacy.2.Supermicro needle knife combined with Cervical short lever manipulation were better than acupuncture combined with massage in alleviating headache and improving muscle contractility of posterior cervical muscles, and the long-term efficacy was stable.3.The economic cost of Supermicro needle knife combined with Cervical short lever manipulation in treating CGH is lower than that of acupuncture combined with massage, and the curative effect is excellent, which is worth popularizing.
