| Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of needle knife combined with rotational neck lifting method in the treatment of cervicogenic headache. To compare the changes of relevant clinical indexes and clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment. To study the current effective methods for the treatment of cervicogenic headache, and to verify the efficacy of needle knife combined with rotational neck lifting method in the treatment of cervicogenic headache,so as to provide reference for the effective clinical treatment of cervicogenic headache. Methods: Ninety patients who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Orthopedic and Traumatic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria of cervicogenic headache were selected and divided into 30 patients treated with needle knife combined with rotational neck lifting method(Treatment group),30 patients treated with acupuncture(Needle knife group),and 30 patients treated with cervical spine rotational neck lifting method(Manipulation group)by random number table method, all three groups of patients were treated once a week for one course of treatment, and all three groups were treated for three courses of treatment. The changes in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Range Of the Motion in the neck(ROM)score and Neck Disability Index(NDI)score before and after 1 week and 4 weeks of treatment, and the changes in cervical hemodynamic indexes after 4 weeks of treatment were compared among the three groups. To analyze the differences in the data of the three groups of patients and to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The age, gender, number of patients, and pre-treatment VAS score,ROM score,NDI score and neck hemodynamic treatment were compared among the three groups, and the results were analyzed to show that P > 0.05,which was not statistically significant, was comparatively significant.2.Intra-group comparison of VAS scores,ROM scores, and NDI scores after 1 week of treatment in the three groups of patients was performed, and the results analyzed by statistical software showed that P < 0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that all three treatment methods for cervicogenic headache were feasible. The VAS score,ROM score and NDI score were compared among the three groups after 1 week of treatment, and the results were analyzed by statistical software and showed that P < 0.05,indicating that the differences between the three treatment methods for cervicogenic headache were statistically significant, and the treatment group was significantly better than the needle knife group and the manipulation group.3.Intra-group comparison of VAS score,ROM score and NDI score of the three groups after 4 weeks of treatment showed that the results were statistically significant at P < 0.05 after analysis by statistical software, indicating that all three treatment methods were feasible for the treatment of cervicogenic headache. The VAS score,ROM score and NDI score were compared among the three groups after 4 weeks of treatment, and the results were analyzed by statistical software and showed that P < 0.05,indicating that the differences between the three treatment methods for cervicogenic headache were statistically significant, and the treatment group was significantly better than the needle knife group and the manipulation group.4.The intra-group and inter-group comparisons of the cervical hemodynamic indexes of the three groups after 4 weeks of treatment were analyzed by the statistical software, and the results showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant, indicating that all three treatment methods were feasible for the treatment of cervicogenic headache. The results of comparing the cervical hemodynamic indexes of the three groups of patients after 4weeks of treatment showed P < 0.05 after analysis by statistical software, indicating that the differences between the three treatment methods for cervicogenic headache were statistically significant, and the treatment group was significantly better than the needle knife group and the manipulation group.5.The comparison of clinical efficacy of the three groups after 4 weeks of treatment showed that the total effective rate of the manipulation group was 76.7%,the total effective rate of the needle knife group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.the treatment method of needle knife combined with rotational neck lifting method has better therapeutic effect on cervicogenic headache. And the efficacy was significantly better than the manipulation group and better than the needle knife group.2.The clinical efficacy of needle knife combined with rotational neck lifting method in the treatment of cervicogenic headache is definite, which can effectively improve the abnormal biomechanical stress inside and outside the cervical spine, release the mechanical and inflammatory stimulation of the cervical and occipital soft tissues, and have significant effects in reducing cervicogenic headache and improving the mobility of the cervical occipital region. |
