Research On The Treatment Of Divinity Syndrome In The Typhoid Fever

Objective: to explore the treatment of delirium in treatise on febrile diseases and to provide some reference for study and clinical treatment.Methods:this study used literature research method and reference search method systematically collected data,and identified the academic and examination sources.Through careful study of historical documents,medical notes,famous medical cases and other relevant works,reference research.Firstly,this paper introduces the ancient medical books’ understanding of "god,mind and disease" in traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes the views of ancient medical experts on the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of mental diseases through the works of relevant medical experts.Secondly,summarize the classification and treatment of psychosis in treatise on febrility,based on the theory of "the five zang zang shen,viscera related,qi,blood and body fluid related",list the representative prescription,syndrome differentiation and treatment,focus on the analysis of the pathogenesis of the psychosis symptoms in each prescription and the choice of medicine,at the same time with the medical case,so as to combine theory with practice.Finally,the frequency of the key words of "consciousness symptoms" in treatise on febrile diseases in each chapter and the representative classics were summarized in the form of statistical tables.Results: through the above research,it was found that: 1.There were a lot of discussions on mental illness,118 of which were related to mental symptoms.2.External and internal injuries can cause mental illness,among which heat,qi depression,blood stasis and phlegm decoction are the key factors causing the disease.Three,the treatment of law,to support the healthy and evil,peace and determination as the general principle,eight law,especially reqing law and law;Four,the selection of drugs,focus on the drug group,based on bitter and cold drugs,supplemented by heat,adjust to sweet,not a large number of use of the key to calm god or comfort the mind of the product,and strive to cure the disease;5.Created many effective prescriptions for the treatment of mental illness,such as small chai hu soup,chai hu plus keel and oyster soup,gardenia black bean soup,peach stone chengqi soup,white tiger soup,big chengqi soup,etc.;Sixth,pay attention to acupuncture and moxibustion,advocate the use of acupuncture and medicine to treat mental illness,to take the liver through the point raising stage door.Conclusion: the content of "treatise on febrile disease" has laid a solid theoretical and clinical foundation for the treatment of mental illness by successive generations of doctors,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of mental illness.Secondly,it provides important guidance for further exploring zhongjing’s academic thoughts,carrying forward and developing jingfang medicine.
