Discussion On The Application Rules Of The Method Of Purgation In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Tumor Diseases In Treatise On Febrile And Miscellaneous Disease

Objective: To sort out Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative method and clarify the difference between Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative method and the later narrow Purgative method,the purpose is to further enrich the connotation of Purgative method and expand the scope of clinical application of Purgative,to illustrate the feasibility of Purgative in the process of tumor syndrome differentiation and treatment,and to provide a literature basis for the clinical application of Purgative in modern Chinese medicine to treat tumor diseases.Methods: This study mainly adopts the method of literature research and theoretical discussion,tracing the origin of Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative method from the Inner Canon of Huangdi and Shennong Ben Cao Jing,and then concluding that Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative method is a generalized Purgative;To clarify the connotation and extension of Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative,summarize the clinical use indications of Purgative,conduct a theoretical analysis of the classic prescription for diarrhea,expand the scope of clinical application of Purgative and state the feasibility and advisability of Purgative in the treatment of tumor diseases from a theoretical perspective.By collecting representative medical cases of Professor Tian Xuefei in the Department of Oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who used Zhang Zhongjing ’s Purgative thought to treat respiratory system tumors,digestive system tumors,reproductive system tumors,and other tumors and providing a theoretical and clinical basis for Purgative treatment of tumors through combining classical theory with clinical practice,to promote the application of Purgative in tumor treatment.Results: After literature research,it is found that during the Spring and Autumn Period,the Warring States Period,and the Qin and Han Dynasties,the ancient people recorded the accumulation of the mass.Zhang Zhongjing,in the “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber-Treatment of the Pulse of Malaria Disease ”,gave the prescription of “Biejia Decoction Pill ” to treat the tumor,creating a precedent for attack treatment.According to the literature review of “Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases ”,there are 40 prescription prescriptions represented by rhubarb.The prescription discussed in this book is a combination of warming,clearing,eliminating,easing,and other treatment methods,which are clinically applied to tumor-related diseases such as tumor,jaundice,asthenic fatigue,intestinal carbuncle,constipation,diarrhoea and edema.This thesis discusses the theoretical basis of Zhang Zhongjing ’s treatment of tumors with his method.Based on the pathogenesis of“heat toxin,phlegm,and blood stasis ”,the syndrome of excess of internal yang due to excess of internal heat caused by the tumor,from multiple perspectives such as the connotation and extension of Xiafa discussed by Zhang Zhongjing and modern experimental research,it can be seen that there are eight methods in Purgative,which are not simply purgation and defecation,but more emphasis is placed on expelling the evil,promoting the old to the new,following the qi mechanism,and calming the five internal organs,to achieve “Five Zangs and Yuan are smooth,and people are peaceful ”.The academic thought accumulated by doctors in the past dynasties,represented by Zhang Zhongjing and Zhang Congzheng,has provided a theoretical basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat tumor diseases.To clarify the application principle of treating tumors according to the law.From the theory of “no death with reason ” in the Internal Classic,we can see the rationality of applying the method to tumor treatment;According to the clinical manifestations of the early,middle and late stages of the tumor,grasp the opportunity to use the following methods to determine the attack,supplement the advance and retreat,and relieve the clinical symptoms;Zhong Jing ’s use of the following method often integrates with other methods,which is more suitable for the pathogenesis of the tumor,which is the combination of cold and heat,deficiency and excess;Zhang Zhongjing takes care of the stomach qi in the middle energizer from multiple perspectives,such as dose-effect relationship,dosage form change,prescription and medicine compatibility,breath regulation after medicine,and treatment of moderate illness,so as not to damage the body.Through sorting out the clinical medical records of Professor Tian Xuefei,the tutor ’s experience in treating tumors with the following methods is summarized:1Pay attention to the use of cooked rhubarb in the treatment of tumors,relieve its bitter and cold diarrhea,and increase its blood circulation;2Be good at using cooked rhubarb in combination with insect drugs.It is believed that insect drugs not only have an anti-tumor effect but also have a less bitter cold and septicemia than plant anti-tumor drugs such as Hedyotis diffusa and Sculellaria barbata.At the same time,they can also search and shave blood vessels,improve vascular tortuosity and promote vascular normalization;3.For patients with tumor disease of a cold syndrome,cooked rhubarb is often used in combination with Asarum and aconite isothermal heat drugs to form the method of warming and cooling,which can ’t break the cold without warming,and can not remove the accumulation without warming;4In the process of differentiation and treatment of tumor diseases,the tutor is good at using small doses(3g-5g)of cooked rhubarb.The research group rhubarb has the function of clearing enterotoxin,regulating intestinal flora.Conclusion: Clarify0 the connotation of the method in Zhang Zhongjing ’s connotation on Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,which is different from the narrow understanding of the method in the later generations that only purgation and defecation.The method described by Zhang Zhongjing is mainly composed of rhubarb,which can be widely used in various clinical diseases of modern Chinese medicine,including tumor diseases,through drug compatibility and taking into account the seven methods.He pioneered the drug-guided method,which is the first record of enemas in traditional Chinese medicine.This technology is widely used in complications such as constipation and intestinal obstruction caused by tumors.No matter from the internal treatment or external treatment of Purgative,Purgative has applicability and feasibility in treating tumor syndromes,It will lay a theoretical foundation for modern Chinese medicine to treat tumor diseases by using the method of chemotherapy.
