Objective To Investigate The Clinical Efficacy Of Clotrimazole Suppository Combined With Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository In The Treatment Of Simple Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objective:To compare the efficacy of clotrimazole suppository combined with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository in the treatment of simple VVC,with only use clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of simple VVC,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of VVC,increase the negative conversion rate of pathogenic bacteria and reduce the recurrence rate of VVC.So we can evaluate the efficacy of Kang Fu Xiao Yan suppository.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2018,patients with simple vulvovaginal candidiasis（≥100 cases）were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group（group A,n₁≥50）and the control group（group B,n₂≥50）.The patients in the test group（group A,n₁≥50）were treated with clotrimazole suppository and Kangfuxiaoyan suppository for the treatment of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis,and the control group（group B,n₂≥50）were treated with clotrimazole suppository only for simple vulvovaginal candidiasis.All data were recorded by observing and comparing the negative conversion rate after 1 week of withdrawal,symptom remission rate and recurrence rate after 3 months of withdrawal between the two groups.Then collect and collate data to analyze the results and draw conclusions.Results:There was no significant difference in general condition,age and clinical symptom score between the two groups（P>0.05）.There was significant difference in the negative conversion rate of Candida between the experimental group and the control group one week after withdrawal（P<0.05）,and there was significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of the overall curative effect one week after withdrawal（P<0.05）.There was a significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups one week after drug withdrawal（P<0.05）,and there was a significant difference in recurrence rate three months after drug withdrawal between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with clotrimazole suppository can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with simple VVC,improve the rate of Candida negative conversion,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of VVC.
