Nowadays,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,people’s quality of life is getting higher and higher,and people pay more and more attention to their health,which brings about the rapid development of medical and health undertakings.The continuous improvement of the market economic system has promoted the reform of the medical and health system,and more and more private hospitals have emerged,resulting in more cruel competition in the market for public hospitals.Compared with public hospitals,the service level of private hospitals is relatively high,and the price of private hospitals is relatively low,which has won more and more recognition in the market,thus bringing a great threat to public hospitals.The operation mechanism of public hospitals is still in the stage before the reform and opening up.There are many unreasonable operation frameworks and some backward organizational structure,which can not keep up with the increasing needs of people and the rapid development of the times.This article is based on the basic characteristics of public hospitals in China,as well as the basic theoretical principles in the market industry,so as to analyze LY public hospitals.To establish a more perfect and reasonable internal control system,we should study its internal control system and system,as well as the disadvantages and risks existing in the daily operation of the hospital.LY public hospital has established a multi-hospital development mode for the purpose of expanding development space and improving market competitiveness.The scale of the hospital will become larger and larger,which requires a higher demand for the control of the hospital.If the control is not timely and effective,there will be some serious risks.The article is divided according to two levels.First,there are some problems in the unit level of the hospital,such as the lack of strong supervision of the hospital,the lack of timely and effective internal communication,the imperfect system of recruitment and human resources,the unscientific distribution of posts within the hospital,and the unclear demarcation line between posts.Second,there are some problems in the hospital’s business level.The information construction of LY hospital is too backward,the information transmission of new media is not in place,and the ability of external propaganda is weak;the hospital has not carried out the supervision of audit;the assets can not be effectively managed.In order to solve these problems and improve the market competitiveness of public hospitals,it is necessary to reform the internal control system of hospitals.While improving the hospital management system,we should also build an internal control system suitable for our hospital according to the specific conditions of the hospital.This article is based on the relevant provisions of the state and the basic situation of the hospital at the present stage,and analyses the problems and risks of LY hospital at the present stage,so as to establish an internal control system suitable for the present stage,and constantly improve the system through actual investigation and tracking,so as to improve the competitiveness of public hospitals in the market.This article is elaborated and analyzed in four parts,followed by the research background and significance of LY Hospital;the basic situation of LY Hospital at the present stage and the risk problems in daily life;the analysis of existing problems and risks,self-evaluation and reflection at all times,improvement while finding their own shortcomings;improvement of the system at different levels to form a comprehensive approach.Improvement of overall level of position.
