Effect Of Electro Acupuncture Therapy For Simple Obsity

Objective:Through before and after treatment in patients with simple obesity,weight,body mass index(BMI),chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference measures such as contrast,and comparing with acupuncture group,observe whether acupuncture with electric acupuncture therapy is superior to the acupuncture group,further to explore the curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of simple obesity,provide the basis for the choice of clinical treatment.Methods:This study in May 2018 to January 2019 selected 72 cases of simple obesity our Hospital take a random number table method to patients divided into two groups,treatment group and control group respectively,and the treatment group received acupuncture with electric acupuncture treatment,the control group using acupuncture therapy alone,eventually there are 60 patients were included in this study,in view of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of body weight,BMI,chest circumference,waist,hip circumference and body fat rate,and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results:1.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of weight and BMI comparison:by means of two groups of patients before and after treatment of average weight and BMI,the results showed that two groups of patients before treatment of weight and BMI level was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the two groups after treatment in patients with weight and BMI levels are lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group’s overall weight and BMI level is lower than the control group(P<0.05);From the comparison results of patients with different degrees of obesity,the body weight and BMI of the severely obese patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the body weight and BMI of the mildly obese and moderately obese patients in the two groups(P>0.05).2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of chest,waist and hip circumference is:by means of two groups of patients before and after treatment of chest circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference comparison,the resLults showed that two groups of patients compared to before the bosom,waist,hip circumference and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the two groups after treatment in patients with chest compared with before treatment,there is no difference(P>0.05),compared two groups after treatment in patients with chest no difference(P>0.05),but the two groups after treatment in patients with waist circumference and hip circumference were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment in patients with an average waistline and hip circumference were lower than the control group(P<0.05);From the comparison results of patients with different degrees of obesity,the waist circumference and hip circumference of severely obese patients in the treatment group were lower than those of severely obese patients in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the waist circumference and hip circumference of mildly obese and moderately obese patients in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of fat percentage comparison:based on the average fat percentage of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the results showed that before the treatment,compared two groups of F%there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),but the average of the two groups after treatment F%are lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group after treatment of average F%significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);According to the comparison results of patients with different degrees of obesity,the F%of severe obesity patients in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of severe obesity patients in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the F%of mild obesity and moderate obesity patients in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy after treatment between the two groups of patients:from the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of overall treatment in the treatment group was 100%,significantly higher than 80%of the total effective rate in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric acupuncture as an effective way of simple obesity treatment,compared with simple acupuncture therapy and electric acupuncture combined acupuncture method can effectively improve the patients with simple obesity,weight,BMI,fat percentage and chest,waist,hip circumference,and in the treatment of patients with severe obesity plays a better therapeutic effect,has wide application and popularization value.
