| Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of anemia in patients with crohn’s disease,at first diagnosis and to explore the relationship between RBC index and inflammatory activity and SES-CD in CD patients. Methods: Patients with crohn’s disease who were admitted to anhui provincial hospital for the first time from August 2015 to February 2018 were included to analyze the anemia of hospitalized CD patients, and to explore the relationship between the degree of anemia and the results of CD Montreal typing,CD inflammatory activity,CD simplified endoscopy score(SES-CD)and fecal occlusive blood test.To summarize the relationship between disease activity index(CDAI)and CD simplified endoscopy score(SES-CD)and HGB,MCHC,MCH,MCV,RDW.Results: 75.41%(92/122)of the patients had different levels of anemia, mainly mild anemia,no severe anemia and extremely severe anemia. The ratio of male to female anemia was 1.6:1.In Montreal typing,CD patients had no difference in the degree of behavioral anemia due to age diseases. The degree of anemia in patients with there is statistical significance in the distribution of the lesion site differences(χ2 = 7.622,P = 0.043),the scope of lesions more widely, the incidence of anemia more elevated level of anemia and defecate occult blood there is no statistical significance(χ2= 2.786,P = 0.261)in CDAI,patients with mild activity of MCH MCV ESR,respectively, compared with remission, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in SES-CD,patients with mild activity of HB compared with remission, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)The difference between MCHC MCH RDW and remission stage in mild patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with CD mainly have mild anemia. There is little relationship between anemia and intestinal mucosal bleeding in CD patients. The activity of the patients was assessed by the MCH,MCV and ESR level of CD.The intestinal mucosa of CD patients was evaluated by HB,MCHC,MCH and RDW. |
