“Medical and health combination” refers to a series of professional services that meet the needs of the elderly for diversified pensions,and provide medical care,health consultation,health methods to study in Jiangxi Province.According to the typical principle,the “ Hospital + Pension ” model implemented by Jiangxi Province,the Green Health Community Home Care Maintenance and Pension Model,and the Shangrao City Pension Service Center rely on the “ Five in One ” pension model promoted by the National Dimensional Hospital-Chunhua Hospital.The case attempts to analyze the necessity of promoting the standardization construction of "medical and nursing" in our country,and to explore the current basic mode of "combination of medical care and maintenance".Summarize the basic experience of the standardization construction of "medical and nursing" in Jiangxi Province,and reveal the practical dilemma faced by the current "medical and nursing integration" standardization construction,and build an advisory policy plan to promote the standardization of "medical and nursing integration".At present,the basic modes of "medical and medical integration" mainly include "medical support","nurturing with medicine","medical association","medical contracting" and "home visit".In the process of actively promoting the “combination of medical care and maintenance” in the country,Jiangxi Province is an importantpilot area,with the guiding ideology of being superior and strong,adapting to local conditions and serving the people’s livelihood.To share medical resources,convenient service,perfect functions and close cooperation,Model maturity is the goal,in promoting the integration of working mechanisms,planning policies,carrying platforms,information
