Research On The Service Mode Of The Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing Care In Nanning’s Pension Institutions

With the increasing speed of population aging in China,it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly group’s overall health care for the traditional way of separate allocation of medical and pension resources;at the same time,it is not conducive to the optimal allocation of resources.As one of the first batch of national pilot cities of the combination of medical care and nursing care,Nanning actively responds to the national policies and guidelines.In practice,the service mode of "adding medical care into nursing care" and "cooperating medical care with nursing care" in pension institutions has been an important part of the service modes of the combination of medical care and nursing care system.By 2020,100% of the pension institutions provide medical services for the elderly through internal medical institutions or cooperation with medical institutions,so that the health care needs of the elderly have been basically guaranteed.There are also some urgent problems to be solved in the process of meeting the needs of the elderly for a better life.These problems are mainly manifested in the following four aspects:the low integration of medical care and pension,the lack of professional medical and nursing staff,the "multi management" among departments,and the insufficient participation of the market power.Based on the literature research method,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the supply and demand situation of the service mode of the combination of medical and nursing care in pension institutions of Nanning,and concludes that the main reasons for the above problems lie in the lack of necessary funds for the development of the service,drawbacks in the mechanism of personnel training and use,and the imperfect existing management system and mechanism.On this basis,this paper puts forward methods to be adopted in the selection of the service mode and specific optimization strategies,including establishing and improving the long-term care insurance system,enhancing the training and construction of the talents,strengthening the cooperation among departments,and promoting the reform of "decentralization,management and service" of departments.This paper aims to provide a reference for the optimization of the existing service mode of the combination of medical care and nursing care in pension institutions of Nanning City,and meanwhile provide a theoretical reference for the development of the combination of medical care and nursing care service in Nanning City.
