With the continuous development of China’s economy and the improvement of social living standards,people’s requirements for medical and health care continue to improve,which poses a challenge to the development of medical and health undertakings.How to make better use of electronic medical record data resources,play the role of electronic medical record data,and promote and improve the quality of medical services is a problem that needs to be faced in the development of the current information age.The continuous progress of data mining technology has created conditions for the reuse of electronic medical record data.Combining data mining and analysis technology with current medical information management system can make better use of electronic medical record data resources and provide further support for medical information construction and management decision-making.Referring to the current hospital information management system,with the mainstream technology and methods of data mining,this paper designs and implements an electronic medical record data analysis and mining system.The functions of the system can be divided into four modules: data collation,data retrieval,data analysis and data visualization.The data processing module is the basis of the whole system.It takes the particularity of medical data into account,preprocesses the electronic medical record data,and achieves the results of completing missing data,eliminating abnormalities and reducing noise.Data retrieval module is the basic function of the whole system.It provides users with convenient and fast case data retrieval and query services.Through keyword retrieval,contrast screening and case retrieval,it can query and retrieve 34 categories of nearly 400 dimension characteristic indicators,such as basic patient information,patient disease information,patient hospitalization information,patient expenditure information and so on.Data analysis module is the core of the system.It supports statistical analysis of different dimensions and relationship characteristics of electronic case data.At the same time,it uses mature data mining algorithm to mine the law of disease co-occurrence.The data visualization module supports displaying the results of data retrieval,data analysis and other functions in the form of graphs and tables.Based on the analysis of system requirements,the function design,database design and class design of the system are given.The interface of the system is designed and implemented by PyQt Designer,and the function of the system is realized based on Python language in PyCharm environment.The system was applied to more than 810,000 electronic medical records of a province from 2015 to 2016,and the regularity and characteristics of specific diseases in different age,gender and season were analyzed.According to different payment methods,the expenditure and hospitalization time of specific diseases are analyzed,and the results can provide support for decision-making departments.The Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the diagnosis information of patients,and the conclusion that some diseases co-occur is drawn.The research of this paper is a useful attempt to utilize electronic medical record data in medical information resources in the tide of information technology in contemporary society.Through a more reasonable way to further improve the utilization rate of electronic medical record data information,to facilitate medical workers to improve work efficiency,to provide support for medical decision-making.
