Research On Safety Of Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy With Raltitrexed For Colorectal Cancer And Its Effect On Tumor Markers

Objective: Safety of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with raltitrexed in colorectal cancer and its effect on tumor markers.Methods: The clinical data of 260 patients with colorectal cancer from November 2017 to January 2019 in the our Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.AlI cases were divided into experimental group and the control group,including 120 patients in the experimental group(surgery + routine treatment + intraperitoneal chemotherapy with raltitrexed),140 patients(surgery + routine treatment).Detection of two groups of patients WBC,PLT,Hb,ALT,AST,and Cre before and 3 days after operation,Detection of two groups of patients the preoperative tumor markers CEA,CA19-9 and CEA and CA19-9 values within 3 weeks after surgery.The two groups were observed and compared on the Postoperative hemorrhage,anastomotic leakage,abdominal infection,wound infection,intestinal obstruction,nausea and vomiting,fever and death.Results: 1.There were no significant differences in WBC,PLT,ALT,AST and Cr between the two groups before and 3 days after operation(p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Hb between the two groups before operation(p>0.05),However,3 days after surgery,Hb in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(p<0.05);2.No intestinal obstruction or death occurred in the two groups after operation,There were no statistically significant differences in Clinical complications and adverse reactions between the two groups.(p>0.05);3.Partial data loss due to patient failure to review on time,the number of people in the test group and the control group were 110(91.7%)and 130(92.9%)respectively.There were no significant differences in tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 between the two groups before and 3 weeks after surgery(p>0.05).Conclusion: Intraoperative chemotherapy of raltitrexed in patients with colorectal cancer may cause short-term hemoglobin decline,and does not increase Clinica complications and adverse reactions of patients.raltitrexed chemotherapy is generally safe,and patients have good resistance.Accepted and convenient for clinical useing,but it did not obviously reduce tumor marker concentration of CEA and CA19-9 in patients.
