Application Of Intraoperative Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy With Raltitrexed For Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To analyze the safety and efficacy of raltitrexed in intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Method:Eighty patients with colorectal cancer who underwent treatment and surgery from January 2014 to April 2015 were randomly selected.The 80 patients were randomized into a perfusion group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).In the perfusion group,laparoscopic or open radical colorectal cancer was treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy,and the drug was raltitrexed.The laparoscopic or open colorectal cancer was also used in the control group.No chemotherapeutics is used in the control group.Both groups of patients underwent chemotherapy for 6 cycles in accordance with standard SOX chemotherapy.Comparison of surgical condi-tions and postoperative recovery between the two groups(surgery time,surgical bleeding volume,24-hour abdominal drainage,postoperative first anal exhaust time,posto-perative fluid intake time,first postoperative bedtime,postoperative hospital stay)),postoperative complications(nausea,abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension,intestinal obstruct-tion,wound infection,abdominal bleeding,anastomotic leakage,intestinal perforation,abdominal infection,fever,pleural effusion,pulmonary infection,deep vein thrombosis),Toxic side effects level(RBC,WBC,PLT,AST,ALT,BUN,Cr)of various systems such as blood system,liver and kidney function 3 days after surgery,and changes in related tumor markers before and 3 months after surgery(CEA).The local recurrence,distant metastasis and survival rate of the two groups were compared between 1 and 3 years after operation.The data was processed using SPSS21.0 software,and the measurement data were represented by x±S.The comparison between groups was performed using chi-square test,Student’s t test,Repeated Measures.When P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Result:1.Comparison of surgical conditions and postoperative recovery between the two groups(surgery time,surgical bleeding volume,24-hour abdominal drainage,postoperative first anal exhaust time,postoperative fluid intake time,first time after surgery,surgery)After hospitalization),the difference was not statistically significant.P>0.05.2.Comparison of postoperative complications between the two groups(nausea,abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension,intestinal obstruction,wound infection,abdominal bleeding,anastomotic leakage,intestinal perforation,abdominal infection,fever,pleural effusion,pulmonary infection,deep Venous thrombosis,the difference was not statistically significant.P>0.05.There were no statistically significant differences in the toxic side effects(RBC,WBC,PLT,RBC,AST,ALT,BUN,Cr)of the blood system,liver and kidney function in the two groups after 3 days.P>0.05.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups in the comparison of the changes of tumor markers before and after 3 months(CEA),P<0.05.5.There was no significant difference in the local recurrence,distant metastasis and survival rate between the two groups at 1 year and 3 years after operation.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Group data had a statistically significant difference,P < 0.05.ConclusionIn patients undergoing surgery for colorectal cancer,intraoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy with raltitrexed does not significantly increase the operation time,surgical risk and related complications,and does not affect the blood system,liver and kidney function in the short term.The short-term effect was not significant,and the tumor marker index was significantly lower than that of patients who underwent routine surgery only after 3 months of operation,and the 3-year survival rate was significantly improved.It can be seen that the application of peritoneal perfusion of raltitrexed has good safety,which can improve the long-term survival rate of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence and metastasis.
