Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction For The Treatment Of Children With Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoctioninthe treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and liver-yin deficiency.Methods:A total of 115 cases were included in this study.All of them were from the pediatric outpatientclinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to December 2018,and were in compliance with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine.Grouped in the order of treatment,60 patients in the treatment group were given Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction;55 patients in the control group were given tomoxetine hydrochloride capsules.The drug was administered continuously for 12 weeks,and the main symptoms,comorbidities and scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.All the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS20.0,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.The results showed that the total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 82% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was analyzed by independent sample t test.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction in treating children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder was better than that.Tomoxetine hydrochloride capsules.(2)There was no difference in the main symptoms and comorbidity scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the individual symptoms and comorbidity scores between the two groups before treatment.Learn to compare.After statistical examination,after 12 weeks of treatment,there were differences between the two groups in the main symptoms,such as hyperactivity,multilingualism,emotional impulse,less dreams,night sweats,etc.(P<0.05).It shows that the main symptoms and morbidity of children with hyperactivity,multi-lingualism,(3)dizziness,emotional impulses,less dreams,night sweats,etc.are improved.Thecurative effect of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction has a clear curative effect on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,and its total effective rate is 92%.Studies have shown that its total effective rate is higher than that of tomoxetine hydrochloride capsules.(2)The effect of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction is better than that of tomoxetine hydrochloride in improving children’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder such as hyperactivity,multilingualism,dizziness,emotional impulses,night sweats,less dreams and other symptoms.capsule.
