The Clinical Observation On Treating Children With ADHD In Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney With Ningdong Granules

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy,advantages and safety of Ningdong granules in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in Yin Deficiency of Liver and KidneyResearch Method:Chose Sixty pediatric outpatients with ADHD who accord with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Ningdong granules while the control group was given Jingling oral liquid.Two months is a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the curative effect is determined and the changes of clinical symptoms of the two groups of children are observed Result:1)SNAP-IV scale evaluation:Compared with before treatment,25 patients in the treatment group had a reduction rate^350-%,with a total effective rate of 86.21%,In the control group,20 cases had a reduction rate≥35%,with a total effective rate of 71.43%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The total SNAP-IV symptom score,attention deficit score,hyperactivity impulse score and Conners in the two groups before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group and the control group had significant curative effects.After treatment,compared scores between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),This shows that the improvement of ADHD core symptoms in the treatment group is obviously better than that in the control group2)comparison of TCM syndrome scores:after treatment,the scores of TCM main symptoms and concurrent symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.Ningdong granules have significant curative effect on children with ADHD in Yin Deficiency Liver and Kidney,and the overall curative effect is better than Jingling oral liquid.2.Ningdong granule and Jingling oral liquid can improve the clinical symptoms of children with ADHD in Yin Deficiency Liver and Kidney.And the curative effect of Ningdong granule is better than Jingling oral liquid.3.Ningdong granule is better than Jingling oral liquid in improving TCM syndromes.4.Ningdong granule has no adverse reaction in the treatment of ADHD.
