| Objective To study the outcomes of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and the factors that may affect the outcomes of CPR.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 1,2010-December 31,2018,19 in Jiangxi province comprehensive hospital treatment of patients with cardiac arrest, statistics of the patient’s age, cause of cardiac arrest and the duration of CPR and whether use breathing machine and the low temperature, hyperbaric oxygen therapy,we defined outcomes as two main points,30-days survived and survived with favorable neurologic function; The relationship between the above factors and the outcomes of CPR was statistically analyzed. Results During the study period, there were a total of 116 patients with cardiac arrest were included in the study.52 patients(49.1%)recovered autonomic circulation, and 46 patients(39.7%)showed significant improvement in neurological function. There was no direct correlation between age and prognosis of patients(P >0.05),while the cause of cardiac arrest and duration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were related to the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(P < 0.05),in which mild hypothermia and hyperbaric oxygen treatment could improve the recovery of neurological function of patients after resuscitation. Conclusion short-term treatment of venereal diseases, especially anesthesia accident, drowning, and CPR duration less than 12 minutes and mild hypothermia and hyperbaric oxygen therapy after resuscitation are favorable factors for the survival with good neurological function. |
