| Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome by using clinical information and relevant data and statistics of four diagnostic methods of TCM.By comparing the scores of each group of syndromes and the modified Hoehn-yahr stage, the motor symptoms of each syndrome of vascular Parkinson’s syndrome are analyzed. The characteristics of disease severity and the correlation between TCM symptoms and improved Hoehn-yahr staging and grading were discussed. The correlation between TCM symptoms and Hoehn-yahr staging and grading in patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome was preliminarily explored, which provided a theoretical basis for the clinical application of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of vascular Parkinson’s syndrome.Means: This study included 104 patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome and100 control group.According to the relevant diagnostic criteria,I identified the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and used the self-made TCM syndromes score scale to count the clinical TCM syndromes score of the included population.By comparing the distribution of TCM syndromes and the TCM syndromes score of the two groups of data,I analyzed the collected syndromes.Distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome.104 patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome were assessed by modified Hoehn-yahr staging and grading. The correlation between TCM syndromes of vascular Parkinson’s syndrome and modified Hoehn-Yahr staging and grading was analyzed by variance analysis and correlation analysis.Result:According to the results of this study, with the further development of the course of vascular Parkinson’s syndrome, the probability of the occurrence of liver and kidney insufficiency syndrome and blood stasis and wind syndrome in patients with vascular Parkinson’s syndrome is gradually increasing.conclusion:The correlation analysis between TCM syndrome distribution and hoehn-yahr staging showed that with the aggravation of disease severity, theprobability of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome gradually increased. |
