Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Buwu Granule combined with 308 excimer light therapy in patients with hepatorenal deficient vitiligo and the expression of T cell subsets in peripheral blood, and to explore the relationship between T cell subsets and hepatorenal deficient vitiligo. Therefore,it provides corresponding theoretical basis and experimental support for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type vitiligo.Mothods:68 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group took Buwu particles combined with 308 excimer light, while the control group only used 308 excimer light. The lesion area and pigmentation scores of the two groups of vitiligo patients were scored and statistically analyzed before treatment,1 month,2 months, and 3 months. The values of CD3~+CD4~+,CD3~+CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and CD4~+CD25~+Treg in peripheral blood of the two groups were measured before and after treatment, and 16 healthy persons were compared as normal basal values.Results:1.Comparison of the two groups:After 3 months of treatment, the control group recovered 0 cases, markedly effective in 12 cases, the cure rate was 42.86%;in the observation group 2 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective, the cure rate was 62.07%;The difference,p<0.05,suggested that the observation group was better than the control group;2.Comparison of leukoplakia area:After 3 months of treatment, the mean area of leukoplakia in the control group was 3.23±2.77(cm~2);the mean value of leukoplaa in the observation group was 1.95±1.84(cm~2);the size of leukoplakia in the two groups was compared,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the observation group was superior to the control group;3.Comparison of pigment scores:After 3 months of treatment, the mean score of leukoplakia in the control group was 1.57±0.50;the mean score of leukoplakia in the observation group was 1.90±0.48;the pigment scores in the two groups were compared,p<0.05,the difference Statistically significant, suggesting that the observation group is superior to the control group;4.Comparison of T cell subgroup related indicators:CD3~+CD4~+,CD3~+CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and CD4~+CD25~+Treg in peripheral blood before and after treatment of patients with liver-kidney-deficiency vitiligo showed:the pre-treatment control group and the observation group were compared with the healthy group,p<0.05;compared with the observation group and the observation group,p>0.05;respectively,the observation group and the control group were compared before and after treatment,p<0.05;after treatment, the control group and the observation group Comparison between groups was made,p<0.05.It is indicated that there is a certain immune damage in patients with vitiligo and healthy people;both groups have a regulating effect on the immune function of the patients, while the observation group has better curative effect.5.Adverse reactions and recurrence in the two groups:no significant adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of the two groups;all patients were followed up 3 months after the end of the treatment, and 6 of the control group were found to be more recurrent than before, while the observation group only 1 person. Conclusion:Buwu granule combined with 308 excimer light therapy has better curative effect on patients with hepatorenal deficient vitiligo. It is better than 308 excimer light control group in improving white spot area, pigmentation, regulating immune function and stabilizing the patient. And no obvious adverse reactions,it is worth further clinical promotion.
