Objective: To treat Infrapatellar fat pad injury by acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,by observing the changes of VAS and knee Lysholm function score before and after treatment,to summariz the acupuncture combined with TENS Clinical efficacy. Methods: The subjects were collected from January 2018 to September 2019,the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the acupuncture and rehabilitation department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the ward was in compliance with the diagnostic criteria of the underarm fat pad injury.According to the principle of randomized control, the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The treatment is once every other day,10 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses. After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, the VAS score, knee Lysholm function score and clinical efficacy were analyzed.Results:(1)After statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, and duration of treatment between the observation group and the control group.(2)Comparison of VAS scores: After treatment for 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment, the observation group was compared with the control group for VAS score, which had significant statistical difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01),indicating treatment group. The effect of relieving pain is better than that of the control group.(3)In terms of the functional scores of Lysholm in the knee joints: the knee function of the two groups improved after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment, but the observation group had better effect than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 or P<0.01),it was confirmed that the observation group was better in terms of knee function recovery than the control group.(4)The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation for the treatment of infrapatellar fat pad injury have achieved certain effects in improving knee pain and function, and acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is more than a single transcutaneous nerve. The effect of electrical stimulation therapy is significant and worthy of clinical promotion. |
