Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of High Risk Human Papilloma Virus Infection With Heyixiao Cotter

Objective A large number of early studies showed that Heyixiao can effectively treat HPV.Infection,the purpose of this topic is to compare the clinical efficacy of Baofu Kangfeng in the treatment of HR-HPV infection,find a new method for the treatment of HR-HPV infection,and explore a new formulation of Heyixiao cotter.Further verification of the safety and effectiveness of nuclear isoprene in the treatment of HR-HPV.Results 1.Comparison of HPV transfection after treatment between two groups:(1)The effective rate of 16-and 18-type virus infection in the nuclear isomerization group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)The conversion rate of HPV was 76.6 % in the treatment group and 40 % in the control group.The conversion rate of nuclear antithrombus was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:(1)Comparison of the total effective rate of improvement of TCM symptoms in two groups of patients: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 80 %.The control group was 76.7 %,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of TCM symptom scores between two groups before and after treatment: Before and after treatment in the treatment group,clinical symptoms improved significantly(P<0.05);Clinical symptoms improved before and after treatment in the control group((P<0.05)The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Heyixiao cotterr can effectively remove HR-HPV virus infection and improve the clinical symptoms of HR-HPV infected patients.Traditional Chinese medicine intervenes early in HR-HPV virus infection,blocks the development of its course,effectively reduces the chance of cervical lesions,and is cheap,easy to accept by patients,safe and reliable,non-toxic side effects,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
