Clinical Observation Of YiFei BuShen Ointment On Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Lung And Kidney Deficiency) In Stable Stage

Objective:To observe the safety and efficacy of Yifei Bushen Ointment in the treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?lung and kidney deficiency?.Methods:By collecting cases from the Department of Pulmonary Disease,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?CHD?was collected from October 2016 to January 2017 and from October 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Pulmonology,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients with Kidney Deficiency Syndrome,including inpatients and outpatients,were randomly divided into two groups of 33 patients in each group using a random number table method.The control group was given oral theophylline sustained-release tablets 0.2g,Bid;budesonide formoterol powder inhalation?160ug/4.5ug?inhalation,each time a breath,Bid.The treatment group was given Yifei Bushen ointment on this basis.The treatment duration was 8 weeks in both groups.The TCM syndrome score,lung function,CAT score,6-minute walking distance?6MWT?and safety indicators were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Variety.Results:1.Through the evaluation of clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,and then comprehensive analysis of the overall indicators can be summarized as the following clinical efficacy evaluation,the experimental group of patients on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment of oral Yifei Bushen ointment after 8 weeks,a significant effect.The total effective rate reached 93.75%,and the control group had the same effect after routine basic treatment.However,compared with the experimental group,the curative effect was not obvious.The total effective rate was 71.88%,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Regarding the comparison of components after treatment of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the main symptoms such as cough,sputum,and breathlessness?P<0.05?.The secondary symptoms were as follows:The symptoms of fatigue,chills,weakness in the waist and knees were significantly better than those in the control group?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the improvement of night sweats between the two groups?P>0.05?.3.With regard to changes in the Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire?CAT?scores,the CAT integral values of both groups decreased after treatment,but the reduction was more significant in the treatment group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.4.For the 6-minute walking distance?6MWT?improvement,both groups of patients had an increase after treatment,while the treatment group increased more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.5.In terms of lung function improvement,lung function was improved in both the treatment group and the control group.The percentage of vital capacity?VC%?in the treatment group and the control group after the treatment and the forced expiratory volume occupied by the first second were taken into account.The percentages(FEV_1.0/FVC),percentage of predicted expiratory volume in the first second?FEV1.0%?,and percentage of maximum spontaneous ventilation in predicted value?MVV%?increased,among which FEV1.0/FVC,FEV1.0%,VC%treatment group improved more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,while the MVV%of the two groups of patients showed no significant difference in the degree of improvement,no statistical significance?P>0.05?.6.In terms of safety indicators,blood tests,hepatorenal function,and 12-lead ECG were routinely performed before and after treatment.No significant abnormalities were seen in both groups.Conclusion:1.After clinical studies and comparison of efficacy,it was concluded that conventional treatment combined with Yifei Bushen ointment can significantly improve patients'TCM syndromes,pulmonary ventilation function,6-minute walking distance and quality of life,and no safety indicators before and after treatment Abnormal changes,the safety and efficacy of Yifei Bushen ointment in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during the stable phase of lung and kidney deficiency were confirmed;2.The effectiveness of Yifei Bushen Ointment in the treatment of COPD has further widened the prevention and treatment of COPD,and has improved the current Western medicine's unique dilemma for the treatment of COPD.
