Clinical Study On Qihuo Yifei Decoction In Treating The Stable Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Deficiency Of Lung And Kidney Qi

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Qihuoyifei Decoction combined with Western medicine basic regimen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stable lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,so as to provide a basis for standardized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the basic Western medicine regimen(bronchodilator),and the observation group Combined with Qihuo Yifei Decoction,the treatment time of both groups was 60 days.The serum immune indexes,lung function classification,CAT score,mMRC classification,6MWT,changes in TCM syndrome scores,efficacy index and effective rate were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and adverse reactions occurred during the course of treatment were recorded.Due to the longer treatment course,the observation time node was added to the 2 groups on the 30th day of treatment.Result:1.Effective cases:1 case in the control group fell off due to loss to follow-up,and 1 case was eliminated due to combined medication;2 cases in the observation group fell off due to irregular medication;finally 30 cases in each group.2.There were no significant differences in general data,serum immune indexes,lung function,CAT score,mMRC classification,6MWT,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).3.Serum immune index:comparison between groups,after treatment,there is a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);comparison within the group,there is no significant statistical difference between the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),observe There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Pulmonary function:There was no significant statistical significance in the comparison of lung function between and within the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05).5.CAT score and mMRC classification,6MWT,TCM syndrome score:comparison between groups,on the 30th day of treatment and the 60th day of treatment,there are significant statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05);comparison within the group,on the 30th day of treatment There was no significant statistical difference between the control group(P>0.05)and the observation group(P<0.05).The 60th day of treatment was compared with the pre-treatment and the 30th day.Both groups were There are significant statistical differences(P<0.05).6.Safety indicators:Before treatment,on the 30th day of treatment,and on the 60th day of treatment,there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups and within the group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qihuo Yifei Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency in stable COPD stage earlier,with significant long-term curative effect,and can improve the body’s immunity.
