Clinical Study On Treatment Of Undamaged Tubal Pregnancy With Self-made Shapeixiaozheng Recipe Combined With Mifepristone

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Shapeixiaozheng prescription combined with Mifepristone tablet in the treatment of undamaged tubal pregnancy,and to explore the mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2017,57 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=28)and control group(n=29).The treatment group was treated with self-made Shapeixiaozheng recipe and Mifepristone tablet,while the control group was treated with Mifepristone tablet alone.The two groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment for 21 days.After the treatment,the total curative effect of the two groups,the curative effect of TCM syndromes integral,the decrease of blood HCG,the reduction of pelvic lumps,the time of disappearance of abdominal pain,the time of stopping vaginal bleeding and the adverse reactions were observed.Efficacy score Analysis.ResultsComparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups: in the treatment group,there were 19 cases of marked effect,3 cases of effective effect,3 cases of ineffectiveness,and 88 cases of total effective rate,while in the control group,the effective rate was 7 cases,14 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was84.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).That is,the treatment group was superior to the control group.Compared with the two groups,4 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 88%.In the control group,1 case was cured,6 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups.Comparison of clinical indexes between the two groups: the blood HCG of the treatment group was 107.73±58.56 mIU/ml,the pelvic mass was 1.32 ±0.6 cm,the time of disappearance of abdominal pain was 6.20±2.50 days,the time of stopping vaginal bleeding was 7.28±2.07 days,the HCG of the control group was 188.57±65.73 mIU/ml,the pelvic lumen was 1.83±0.76 cm,the time of disappearance of abdominal pain was9.06±4.17 days.The stopping time of vaginal bleeding was 10.24±2.30 days.The comparison between the two groups is clear.The significant difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups: there were no side effects such as nausea,vomiting,vertigo,fatigue and lower abdominal pain in the treatment group.The patients in the control group developed nausea,anorexia and other transient gastroin-testinal reactions after taking Mifepristone.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of self-made Shapeixiaozheng prescription combined with Mifepristone tablet in the treatment of undamaged tubal pregnancy was better than that of Mifepristone tablet alone.The treatment of this disease with self-made Shapeixiaozheng prescription combined with Mifepristone tablet can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain,and has unique advantages in reducing blood HCG and reducing pelvic mass.
