Clinical Study On Comprehensive Treatment Of Tubal Pregnancy By Activating Blood And Removing Stasis And Removing Decoction

Objective: For the patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy that can be treated conservatively,we use the dialectical thought of Chinese medicine,"combined therapy of activating blood and removing silt in soup" combined with methotrexate,to improve the curative effect,shorten the cure time and prevent the recurrence of the disease.It can reduce the frequency of taking methotrexate,thereby reducing the corresponding side effects and shortening the length of stay.This experiment is to compare the curative effect of the combined therapy of Chinese traditional medicine "Huoxue Zhuyu Li Xia Decoction comprehensive therapy" combined with methotrexate for the conservative treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy and the efficacy of methotrexate alone.Method:71 cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Hebei University of Engineering in November 2015-2017 June were selected,and 69 patients with the standard were included in the conservative treatment.A total of 7 patients in the two group were transferred to the operation,and the final statistics were 62 patients.The treatment group was treated with the compound decoction of activating blood and removing silt.Two,Chinese medicine enema combined with methotrexate,the treatment effect was observed,and the control group was treated with methotrexate with western medicine only.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Main monitoring: Patients' conscious symptoms,vital signs,inactive bleeding,serum beta-HCG,ultrasonic examination of the size of pelvic mass,time of hospitalization,and so on.The software was statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0.Conclusion: "Huoxue Zhuyu Li Xia Decoction comprehensive therapy" formula 1 and prescription two,combined with Chinese medicine enema soup,combined with methotrexate for the treatment of ectopic tubal ectopic pregnancy.After treatment,the results of two groups of serum beta-HCG after 2 weeks of treatment,serum beta-HCG recovery to normal value,4 weeks of treatment of heterotopic bale diameter are large.The time needed to eliminate the ectopic mass,the time of vaginal bleeding and the time of abdominal pain disappeared.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group was compared.The software was statistically analyzed with SPSS 19,and the value of P was less than 0.05,and the frequency of methotrexate was obviously reduced,the side effects decreased and the time of hospitalization was reduced.The treatment group was obviously better than the observation group.
