Clinical Study Of Invigorating Spleen And Warming Kidney And Descending Turbidity Prescription Treating Early Onset Diabetic Nephropath With Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney,and to evaluate its clinical value and safety.Methods : Sixty patients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into western medicine group and Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction(Chinese medicine group,TCM),30 cases in each group.Each group was given basic life intervention,the western medicine group was treated with losartan potassium tablets(50 mg/d,once a day),and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction(one dose per day,200 ml of water,taken separately in the morning and evening),each group last for 3 months.The main clinical symptoms and comorbidities,urinary microalbumin,fasting blood glucose and 2h blood glucose after breakfast were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the basic data of gender,age and disease course between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the TCM group and the Western medicine group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).In the reduction of 24 h urine protein quantitation,the TCM group and the Western medicine group were similar(P>0.05),and the fatigue,laziness,heavy limbs and urination frequency were superior to the Western medicine treatment group(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the TCM group and the Western medicine group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM group was significantly better than the Western medicine group(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the TCM group was 63.8%,with 56.3% in the Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The recurrence rate in the third month after stopping the drug was significantly lower in the TCM group than in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).6.All patients in the whole course of treatment had no obvious discomfort and adverse drug reactions,and no abnormalities were found in blood,stool,ECG and liver function before and after treatment.It shows that both drugs have good safety.Conclusion: Studies shows that Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction can effectively treat early diabetic nephropathy with qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney,and can effectively reduce urinary microalbumin.It also has significant curative effect on TCM syndromes in patients with early diabetic nephropathy who have qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney.The Jianpi Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
