Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bushen Decoction On Oligoasthenozoospermia Of Deficiency Of Both Spleen And Kidney

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Decoction on oligos permia with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Methods:Collected 80 cases of patients with oligospermia and spermatozoa with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome who were treated in the outpatient department of our male department from July 2019 to July 2019,According to the order of treatment time,they were randomly divided into 40 cases in the treatment group(jianpibushen decoction)and 40 cases in the control group(compound xuanju capsule),The treatment period is 12 weeks.Before and after the treatment,improve and analyze the sperm density,Progressive motility percentage of sperm,sperm DNA Fragmentation Index,TC-M syndrome score,clinical effectiveness and other relevant data of each group of research subjects.Follow-up every 4 weeks during treatment,follow up pregnancy status during treatment and 3-6months after treatment.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0.The measurement data conformed to the normal distribution.Two independent sample t tests were used for comparison between groups.Paired t tests were used for comparison before and after treatment.Nonparametric tests were used for non-normal distribution,and the non-parametric test is used for the non-normal distributio n.Choose ?2 test or rank sum test for classification data.p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.General data:before treatment,There is no significant difference in age ?course and Fertility between two groups(p>0.05),and they arecompar-able.2.Semen analysis:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the percentage of PR sperm and sperm density between the two groups(p>0.05).After treatment,the percentage of PR sperm and sperm density of the two groups increased(p<0.01),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.01).3.DNA fragmentation index:Before treatment,there was no significantdifference in the DFI value between the two groups(p>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the DFI value of two groups were decreased(p<0.01),the degree of reduction in the treatment group was more significant(p<0.05).4.Clinical effectiveness:In the treatment group,the total number of effective cases was 31,and the effective rate was 88.57%.In the control group,the total effective number was 25,and the effective rate was 68.57%,the difference of two groups was significant(p<0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores:Before treatment,the TCM syndromes of patients in two groups showed both spleen and kidney deficiency,and there was no significant difference in syndrome scores(p>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of both groups decreased(p<0.01),but the degree of decline of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).6.TCM clinical efficacy:In the treatment group,the total number of effective cases was 33,and the effective rate was 94.29 %.In the control group,the total effective number was26,and the effective rate was74.29%,the diference of two groups was significant(p<0.05).7.Safety evaluation:during the treatment,There were no abnormalities in the laboratory indicators in two groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Decoction can improve the sperm density and PR of oligozoospermia patients,reduce the sperm DNA fragmentation index,and improve the TCM syndrome.It has a clinical effect on oligozoospermia with spleen and kidney deficiency,and there is no obvious adverse reaction-s.
