Objective:To provide reference for the clinical research and treatment of malignant ovarian germ cell tumors Through investigate the relationship between clinical features and prognosis. Methods: Collected the clinical data of 118 patients with malignant ovarian germ cell tumors treated in our hospital from January 2003 to December2013,studied the effects of age, pathological type, surgical pathological stage, surgical method, tumor marker level, postoperative chemotherapy on the prognosis of patients andect of chemotherapy on menstruation with retrospective analysis. Results: Patients with the average age of onset(22.45±19.7)years old.All patients underwent surgical treatment, among them,100 cases retaining fertility function in the first operation;101patients received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,The course of treatment is 1~8.The mean follow-up time was 78 months,3 cases were lost. The 3 year survival rate was96.52%(111/115),the 5 year survival rate was 93.67%(74/79).The overall survival rates were compared among different tumor size, tumor type, surgical pathologic stage and chemotherapy course, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The survival rate was compared with the age, different surgical methods, surgical pathological staging and lymph node dissection,There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).In the course of2-3 after chemotherapy,28 cases of patients with regular menstruation before treatment began to appear abnormal menstruation, all at the end of chemotherapy 3-5 months to return to normal. There were 38 patients who were give birth tot for 31 times, the newborn body is healthy. Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with malignant ovarian germ cell tumor is related to tumor size, tumor type, surgical pathological stage and chemotherapy course;was no significant correlation between age and operation; The Prognosis of fertility preserving surgery was no correlation between operation and pathological stage and lymph node dissection, the chemotherapy had no significant effect on ovarian function and fertility.
