Objective: The main research is to analyze The predictive value of CA125,HE4,NLR and joint detection of the three for the ideal cytoreductive surgery for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: Through the pathological search system of the pathology department of our hospital and the medical record review system of the medical record room,we collected the advanced epitheliality of the initial tumor cytoreductive surgery in the Department of Oncology and Gynecology of our hospital from January1,2013 to December 31,2018.Ovarian cancer patientThrough the pathological search system of the pathology department of our hospital and the medical record review system of the medical record room,we collected the advanced epitheliality of the initial tumor cytoreductive surgery in the Department of Oncology and Gynecology of our hospital from January 1,2013 to December 31,2018.Ovarian cancer patien,Case inclusion criteria:(1)Postoperative pathological diagnosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer;(2)Patients with advanced ovarian cancer(FIGO stage III-IV);(3)Patients without new adjuvant chemotherapy;(4)Patients who do not have other malignant tumors;(5)Patients with complete clinical and pathological data.According to the inclusion criteria,114 eligible patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria,At the same time, collect relevant clinical data such as CA125,HE4,N,L,etc.Analysis and organization of data using SPSS21.0 statistical software,The consistency of the diagnostic results between the various research indicators was analyzed by Kappa test,The difference was statistically significant at P < 0.05.Results: 1.Compare the satisfactory cytoreductive group with theunsatisfactory cytoreductive group,CA125,HE4,NLR and surgical pathological staging were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the CA125,HE4 and NLR of the tumor-reducing group were significantly higher than the satisfactory tumor-reducing group;2.Compare the satisfactory cytoreductive group with the unsatisfactory cytoreductive group,There was no significant difference in age, pathological grade and tissue type(P > 0.05);3Separate detection of CA125,HE4,NLR and the combination of the three can predict the surgical outcome of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer.(AUC>0.7,P<0.05).In a separate diagnosis,NLR is better than HE4 than CA125,joint index detection is superior to CA125,HE4,and NLR single diagnostic methods, and we can get a conclusion that combined detection of CA125,HE4,NLR and the three are consistent in predicting the outcome of unsatisfactory cytoreductive surgery in patients with advanced ovarian cancer by kappa test.4.The most valuable limits of CA125,HE4 and NLR were obtained by ROC curve:912.7IU/L、299.1pmol/L、3.14。Conclusion: 1.CA125,HE4,NLR and joint detection of the three have a certain predictive value for whether patients with advanced ovarian cancer can perform ideal cytoreductive surgery. In a separate diagnosis,NLR is better than HE4 than CA125,joint index detection is superior to CA125,HE4,and NLR single diagnostic methods;2.The most valuable limits of CA125,HE4 and NLR were obtained by ROC curve:912.7mmol/L、299.1pmol/L、3.14。...
