Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of combined intense pulsed light and superpulse fractional carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of acnes and acne scars. Methods:Select 60 patients with acne in my families clinics, according to the computer random number table, all patients were divided into test group IPL and CO2 group three groups, treatment group with intense pulsed light lattice joint ultra pulse CO2 laser treatment,IPL group using intense pulsed light treatment alone,CO2 separate set lattice using ultra pulse CO2 laser treatment.3 times for a course of treatment, treatment interval of 3 months.VISIA skin detector was used for quantitative analysis of skin before each treatment and 3 months after the last treatment. At the end of 3 months after the treatment, the satisfaction of the patients was investigated. Results:The experimental group showed significant improvement in erythema, texture, pores and purple texture after three treatments(P < 0.05).In the IPL group,P > 0.05 was found in texture and pores, and no significant improvement was observed after three treatments. In terms of erythema and purpura,P < 0.05 was significantly improved after three treatments. In terms of erythema,P > 0.05 was found in the CO2 group, and no significant improvement was observed after three treatments. In the aspects of texture, pore, and purple texture,P < 0.05,which was significantly improved after three treatments. In terms of erythema, there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups after three treatments. In terms of texture, the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the IPL group after three treatments, and the difference was statistically significant, but not statistically significant between the two groups. In terms of pores, after three treatments, the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the IPL group, and the difference was statistically significant, but not statistically significant between the two groups. In terms of purple substance, the experimental group and IPL group were superior to the CO2 group after three treatments, with statistically significant differences, while there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and IPL group.Satisfaction was 95%,85% and 90%,respectively,in the three groups three months after the end of treatment. All patients were free from blisters, infection, hypopigmentation, scar formation and other adverse reactions. Conclusion:Strong pulsed light combined with super pulsed CO2 dot array laser is safe and effective in the treatment of acne, and is better than the two alone, which is worth promoting.
