The Research On The Development Issues Of Combination Of Elder Care And Medical Care Mode In China

China has coming entirely into aging society since 2000.Nowadays,the traditional pension mechanism doesn’t match actual environment.The combination of elder-care and medical-care is playing an important role in coping with ageing pressure.The background of the policy is discussed in chapter 1,which focuses mainly on the unbalance between the increasing aging pressure and the lack of elder-care resources.In chapter 2,the fundamental relative theories are presented,as well as necessary of performing the policies mentioned above.In the process of commercial exchange activities,the participators achieve the goal of reorganizing resources,enlarging respective advantages,and sharing receipts.In chapter 3,the paper summarizes both development experience and two basic kinds of business model.one is conducted by government,and the other being the priority of later development is carried out by commercial institutions.The practical problems of the mechanism are summarized in chapter 4,which involve intertwiningly in government,enterprises and the public and hinder development of the market.The main conclusion is that the policy of combination of medical and nursing is necessary and effective for purpose of coping with above issues.During the future implementation of the policy,the thorough participation of government,commercial corporations,and the public is crucial,as well as successively optimizing resources of elder-care institutions,encouraging and supporting commercial participation of enterprises in the market,and alleviating the contradiction of supply and demand of services.
