Study On The Mode Of "Medical-Nursing Combined" Old-age Service In Yuyang District,Yulin City

My country’s population aging situation is severe,and it also has the characteristics of aging,low birthrate,and disability.The needs of the elderly for daily care,medical care,physical rehabilitation and other services are increasing,but the shrinking family size,coupled with the separation of medical care and nursing care,the traditional pension model can no longer be satisfied.In order to cope with the aging of the population and realize the old-age care and the old-age care,in 2013,the "Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Elderly Care Service Industry" clearly stated for the first time that the "combination of medical care and elderly care" should be actively promoted,and new types of elderly care services should be developed.The prelude has since opened."Integration of medical care and nursing care" is an important part of my country’s active response to population aging and the realization of a healthy China strategy.With the development and exploration of the model of combining medical care and elderly care in various pilot areas,there are more and more relevant literature studies,but most of the studies are aimed at large cities,and there are only a handful of studies on small and medium-sized cities.Therefore,this article takes Yuyang District,Yulin City as the research site,and the Yuyang District,Yulin City,the model of combining medical care and elderly care as the research object,using the theory of public goods,the theory of welfare diversification,and the theory of healthy aging,using on-site research and questionnaire surveys.method to analyze it empirically.Use SPSS19.0software to carry out statistical description and statistical analysis of the demographic characteristics and satisfaction of the surveyed elderly,and then use the single element（ANOVA）analysis of variance method to analyze the demographic variables such as gender,age,and educational level of the surveyed subjects.The differences in the satisfaction evaluation results of the three dimensions of facilities,fee collection,and service provision were tested（P<0.05）.The analysis results showed that the elderly with a monthly income of less than 500 yuan had the highest satisfaction in these three dimensions..The elderly are only willing to stay or stay for a long time when they are satisfied with the various services provided by the pilot institutions.Factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the elderly in Yuyang District of Yulin City on the combination of medical care and elderly care（P<0.05）.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the two dimensions of fee collection and service provision had a positive and significant impact on overall satisfaction.Through the analysis of the results,it is concluded that the main problems in the development of the combined medical and elderly care model in Yuyang District of Yulin City are as follows: multiple government management;low service satisfaction;insufficient operating funds for institutions;shortage of nursing staff;and high fees for combined medical and elderly care institutions.Further analysis found that the reasons for these problems are due to: lack of departmental coordination mechanism;imperfect industry standards;single fundraising channel;imperfect mechanism for recruiting talents;and the medical insurance payment system needs to be improved.In response to the above problems and their causes,the article analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey and the advanced experience of three cities in Beijing,Qingdao,and Suzhou,combined with the current situation of the development of the medical and elderly care model in Yuyang District,Yulin City,and starts from the corresponding perspective.Next: First,the institutional system should be scientifically constructed and departmental coordination and management should be strengthened;second,the functions of elderly care institutions should be clarified and an evaluation and supervision system should be established;third,funding channels should be broadened and a diversified funding guarantee mechanism should be established;fourth,the training of professional nursing personnel should be strengthened.,build a professional nursing team;fifth,should improve the medical insurance policy,establish a long-term medical care insurance mechanism.In order to better promote the long-term development of the combination of medical care and elderly care in Yuyang District,Yulin City.
