Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum tumor markers(CEA,CA199,AFP)and pepsinogen in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods :Data of patients with gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, healthy or chronic gastritis in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were collected.Among them,65 patients with gastric cancer were set as experimental group 1.67 patients with gastric ulcer were included in the experimental group 2.154 healthy or chronic gastritis patients were set as the control group.General information(age, gender),Hp infection,CEA,CA199,AFP,PGI,PGR level, lesion site of gastric cancer, presence or absence of distant metastasis and other clinicopathological factors were recorded in each group. The obtained data were analyzed by software SPSS17.0,and the quantitative data were expressed by X±S.Independent sample T test, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results :The serum CEA and CA199 levels in the experimental group 1 were respectively(5.2 ±11.67)ng/ml,(85.7±210.50)U/ml and the differences were both statistically significant when compared with the control group.Further study suggested that the expression levels of CEA and CA199 in serum were related to metastasis(P < 0.05),but had no significant correlation with age, gender, lesion site and Hp infection(P > 0.05).The sensitivity of serum CEA,CA199 and AFP in detection of gastric cancer was respectively 18.5%,27.7% and 4.6%,and the sensitivity of the four-combined detection was as high as 50.8%,which was statistically significant compared with the single detection(P < 0.05).Conclusions : 1.Elevated levels of CEA and CA199 may be associated with gastric cancer.2.The expression levels of CEA and CA199 may be related to tumor metastasis, but have no significant correlation with age, gender, lesion site and Hp infection.3.Combined detection of PGR by CEA,CA199 and AFP is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of gastric cancer.
