Objectives:To explore the influence of community nurses on joint function,daily living ability and complications of patients undergoing hip replacement.Convenient,continuous and standardized rehabilitation guidance for patients discharged from hospital after hip replacement in the Medical conjoined area.Giving full play to the role of community nurses.Enhance the specialist ability of community nurses.So that community nurses can really participate in continuous discharge nursing for patients with hip replacement.Methods:From January 2017 to October,we were admitted to a third class hospital in Suzhou.92 cases were screened strictly according to the group standard.According to the residence of the patients in the study group and the control group,the study group is the community patients in the conjoined medical community,and the control group is the non-conjoined medical community patients.On the day of discharge,the nurses in the control group discharged from hospital and released rehabilitation information.1 weeks after discharge,telephone return visit.January,March,June outpatient follow-up.The study group was given the same nursing measures in the control group.Community nurses visit patients on the day,2 and 6 weeks after discharge.To evaluate the patients’psychological status,medication,rehabilitation compliance and correctness,and give corresponding guidance in different rehabilitation stages.Two groups of Harris hip joints were collected at 1 months,3 months and 6 months after discharge.Functional level,daily living ability Barthel(BI index)and postoperative complications were evaluated.SPSS17.0 statistical software package was used for data processing.Statistical methods include descriptive analysis,two in dependent samples,test,chi square test and so on.Results:Two groups of patients lost 7 cases,the missing rate was 7.61%,the control group lost 7 cases,the observation group lost 0 cases.Baseline data of the two groups were not statistically significant.(P>0.05)Only one independent sample was used to compare the 2 groups’ Barthel scores and Harris scores in January,March,June.The Barthel score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group in January and March,but there was no significant difference in June.The Harris score of the study group was better than that of the control group in January,March and June(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions:Community nurses participating in postoperative rehabilitation of hip replacement patients are helpful for postoperative rehabilitation.
