Effects Of WeChat Video Follow Up On Functional Rehabilitation In Domiciliary Patients After Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To compare the effects of telephone follow-up and We Chat video follow-up on the hip joint function,anxiety,compliance and quality of life in THA patients.To explore a more effective way of intervention for home rehabilitation after THA,THA patients after discharge of continuous nursing mode.Methods According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,196 patients with first THA admitted to the orthopedics department of a top three hospital in Anhui province from March 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects.The subjects were divided into control group(n = 102)and intervention group(n = 94)by computer random number table method.The control group was given routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up.The patients were followed up by phone at the time of discharge,one week,two weeks,one month,three months and six months after discharge.The intervention group was given discharge instruction and We Chat video follow-up Were conducted face-to-face rehabilitation instruction and demonstration mission with the patients via We Chat video.Similarly,video follow-up interventions were performed at the time of discharge,1 week,2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after discharge,Zung anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),compliance behavior scale,Sf-36 scale to evaluate the patient’s hip function,anxiety,compliance behavior and quality of life,using Sp SS19.0 statistical software to analyze the valid data deal with.Results 1.There was no significant difference in clinical baseline data between the two groups after hip replacement(P> 0.05).2.The Harris score of intervention group was higher than that of control group at different time points after discharge.The multivariate ANOVA test of repeated measures: P time <0.05,the difference of data between the two groups was statistically significant,P Between groups <0.05,indicating that Harris score difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.SAS score comparison of two groups of patients: discharge two weeks,1,3,6 months when the intervention group SAS scores were lower than the control group,p group <0.05,indicating SAS scores between the two groups were statistically significant.5.Comparing the two groups of patients compliance: With the extension of postoperative time,the compliance scores of patients in both groups decreased gradually,but the reduction in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,P <0.05,between the two groups The difference was statistically significant.5.The quality of life of two groups of patients: With the extension of time,Sf-36 scores of both groups were gradually increased,and the effect of intervention group was better than that of control group,P <0.05,the difference between the two groups was Statistical significance.Conclusion follow-up of We Chat video is a more convenient and effective intervention mode,which can effectively improve the rehabilitation function of hip joint in home rehabilitation patients after THA,relieve postoperative anxiety and improve patient compliance and promotion The quality of patient’s life,the construction of THA patients after discharge from the hospital home rehabilitation nursing model.
