Purpose:To discuss indexes and complications in the perioperative period by using assisted thoracoscope with open radical resection of esophageal carcinomaMethods:100 patients with middle and lower esophagus cancer cured from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the operation modes, patients were divided into the research group and control group by retrospective study. There were 6 0 patients in the research group.Patients in the research group conducted assisted thoracoscope with radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma of three incisions.Thoracoscopic thoracic esophageal dissection was performed, regional lymph nodes were dissected, upper abdominal incision and cervical incision were performed, and esophagogastric neck anastomosis was performed. There were 40 patients in the control group. The traditional radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma of two and three incisions was used for treatment.Amount of bleeding, operation time, the number of lymph node dissection, and length of stay after operation or other indexes and complications in the perioperative period in both groups were compared. Results:Amount of bleeding in the research group was obviously lower than the control group.LOS was shorter than the control group. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function was earlier than the control group(P<0.05)·The postoperative complication occurrence in the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of atelectasis in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Operation time, the number of lymph node dissection, drainage flow after 48h of operation and postoperative inflammatory reaction had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Assisted thoracoscope with radical surgery for esophageal carcinoma is advantaged with clear dissection, less amount of bleeding, fast recovery and short LOS.Meanwhile, comparing with the traditional operation,it can effectively reduce postoperative complication occurrence, showing the obvious advantages. It is deserved to be used in clinic.
