Study On Law Of Drug Treatment And Academic Characteristics For Gynecological Diseases Of Wang Mengying Based On Medical Cases

Objective:The Aim of the study was to enrich the academic research and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases in modern Chinese medicine.We collected the medical cases of Wang Mengying’s diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases as the research object.Systematically summarized and analyzed the medication rules and academic characteristics of Wang Mengying’s treatment of gynecological diseases through theoretical discussion and data mining.Methods:Medical cases of gynecological diseases were selected From the Wang basis,Wang basis serial,Wang basis three knitting,in Gui Yan Lu and Women’s strips.The inhisitance of traditional Chinese medicine is used to calculate platform software for data mining methods,collecting and organizing system written in basis of the prescription in the treatment of gynecological diseases and its drugs,the drug use frequency,drug formula compatibility and characteristics make a correlation analysis,We used the inhisitance of traditional Chinese medicine calculate platform software for data mining.and based on this system summarized Wang Mengying diagnosis and treatment of disease of department of gynaecology academic characteristics,further excavate the clinical value of its academic.Results:1.Study on law of drug treatment: The drugs with the highest occurrence frequency in the database were Bambusa Rusha(0.041),Convolvulus spiralis(0.027),Gardenia jasminoides(0.026),Licorice Rhizoma(0.024)and White Myrtles(0.022).The highest efficiency frequency is heat clearing class,tonifying class,phlegm relieving cough and asthma class,moistening water and moistening class,regulating qi class.The highest frequency of four qi is cold drugs and warm drugs.Among the five flavors,sweet drugs are the most,followed by bitter drugs.The number of support degrees was set as 10,and the confidence degree was set as 0.7.Twenty groups of commonly used drug pairs were obtained,and the combinations with the highest frequency were Bamboo Rush-White Myrica,Bamboo Rush-Gardenia Fruit,Bamboo Rush-Loquat Leaf.2.Academic research:It is concluded that Wang Mengying’s differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases can seek the cause of evidence and make the pathogenesis complete.Fine syndrome differentiation,overlapping medical history;Check the pulse fine,syndrome differentiation is necessary;Examine its lodging scrub,good check physique;Cold and eliminate phlegm turbidity,avoid the mistake of attack,good at eliminate phlegm treatment of gynecological diseases;Re-regulating air machine,good at meridians,Xuan exhibition dirty gas;The academic characteristics of making great use of Jing Fang.He have a good use of classical prescriptions and academic characteristics follows Ye Tianshi,and put forward the view that "it is wrong to be warm after delivery",advocating the careful use of medicine as Sheng Hua Tang ect tonic and food after delivery.Conclusion:1.The data mining results of prescriptions used by Wang Mengying in the treatment of gynecological diseases were discussed in combination with the theory,It is concluded that Wang Mengying’s medication for gynecological diseases has the characteristics of sweet cold and wet,protecting Yin and Jin,focusing on qi draining machine,regulating qi and reducing phlegm,using medicine and food togethis,taking a calming period,regulating liver and kidney,protecting Yin and blood,etc.2.Systematic review and study of Wang Mengying’s understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,medication and other aspects of gynecological diseases,Wang Mengying sought to emphasized the consideration of women’s constitution and past diseases,pay attention to the close relationship between women’s mental state and the onset of disease.Diagnosis attaches great importance to pulse,good to judge pregnancy by pulse,determine life and death,distinguish bad luck.Clinical syndrome is common in the treatment of gynecological diseases by purging phlegm,and the treatment of phlegm is not confined to the "sick with phlegm,take a warm medicine" theory,cool and tended to use clean phlegm turbidity.In addition,it is suggested that it is a fallacy to be warm after delivery.It is not suggested that the isothermal tonic food of biochemical decoction should be used with caution after delivery.Wang Mengying emphasized that the diagnosis and treatment should take full account of the physique of the puerpera in time and treat them according to the syndrome differentiation.
