Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis With Yinchen Wuling Powder By Ultrasound

ObjectiveClinical observation of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by using Yinchen WuLing Powder with ultrasound.MethodsFrom February 2018 to February 2019,120 outpatients and inpatients diagnosed as acute gouty arthritis(dampness syndrome)in the Department of Nephrology and Rheumatology of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly selected and included in the trial group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral colchicine and etoricoxib.On the basis of this,the trial group was treated with Yinchen Wuling Powder once daily for a total of 14 days.The changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum uric acid(UA),TCM symptom scores,and lesion joint ultrasound scores were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of the data,objective and comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Yinchen Wuling Powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(damp heat accumulation syndrome),and the use of joint ultrasound to evaluate the efficacy.Results1.There were no significant differences in baseline indicators(age,gender,and duration)between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in both ESR,CRP and UA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,ESR,CRP and UA were improved in both groups(P<0.05).The ESR,CRP and UA in the test group were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences.3.Tetween the two groups,there were no significant differences in the TCM syndrome scores and the ultrasound scores of the joint lesions before treatment(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the ultrasound scores of joint lesions in both groups were decreased,and the differences were much significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and joint lesions in the test group were lower,while those in the control group were higher.(P<0.01).4.The comparison of the efficacy of TCM disease,the total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)because the TCM clinical efficacy disease in the test group was better than the control group,and.The improvement rate of ultrasound in the test group was better compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was low in the two groups.Between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of acute gouty arthritis by Yinchen WuLing Powder combined with western medicine is better than western medicine alone.It can relieve symptoms such as joint swelling and pain,reduce inflammatory reactants such as ESR and CRP,reduce serum uric acid,and reduce TCM syndrome scores and ultrasound scoring of joint lesions,is less adverse reactions and with high efficacy and safety.Combined with ultrasound to observe the clinical efficacy of Yinchen Wuling Powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,it is simple and effective.Clinically worthy of promotion of Yinchen Wuling Powder in the treatment of gouty arthritis and articular ultrasound for observation.
