The Clinical Effect Of Joint Irrigation And Acupoint Ingection In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Purpose:Through the combination of clinical practice and TCM theory,this experiment,based on objective and true principles,explored the clinical effect of joint irrigation and acupoint injection in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Compared with the method of joint puncture and acupoint injection,The SUA,CRP,VAS and knee pain scores before and after treatment were compared.Data analysis was conducted to find out the less side effects and economical and practical treatment methods,which provided effective guidance for broadening the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AGA in knee joint.Method:All 60 patients were selected from the outpatient clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of HeiLongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.A randomized double-blind trial was carried out in accordance with the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria.The patients were divided into two groups,experimental group and control group.There are 30 cases in each group.Experimental group:joint irrigation combined with point injection.Control group:joint puncture with point injection.The two groups were treated for two weeks and visited again 3 months later.Finally,through the experimental data analysis and observation of the two groups before and after the diagnosis and treatment of the change of the condition.Results:1.Before treatment,two groups of patients were statistically analyzed in terms of sex,age,and course of disease.There was no significant difference in P>0.05,which could be used as an experimental control.2.Before treatment,auther compared the scores of SUAS ESR CRP,TCM syndromes and signs between the two groups,and obtained P>0.05,which had no statistical significance and could be compared.The two groups were compared with each other before and after treatment on the SUA,ESR,and CRP indicators obtained P<0.05.The results showed that the diagnosis and treatment methods of the two groups were effective in diagnosis and treatment of acute gouty knee arthritis,and the experimental group was superior to the control group in the diagnosis and treatment of acute gouty knee arthritis.3.Two groups of patients in TCM syndrome scores on joint pain,joint skin temperature,joint skin color,joint function,involved joints,limb distress aspects,the experimental data were compared to P<0.05 before and after treatment in group and after treatment.The comparison of joint swelling and gout stone before and after treatment and the comparison between groups after treatment showed that P>0.05.The data of the two groups were analyzed before and after the treatment,and it was found that there was no significant change in the data before and after treatment.Comprehensive analysis of the above results show that the two groups of treatment methods for TCM symptoms and signs have therapeutic effects.The experimental group was obviously superior to the control group in terms of joint swelling and gout stone treatment effect was no significant difference and the two groups of treatment methods for gout stone treatment effect was not obvious.4.Compared with the two groups,the effective rate of the experimental group was 50%,the control group was 33.33%,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%and the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.P=0.033<0.05.It showed that the two groups had obvious difference in the comprehensive curative effect,the former was better than the latter.5.After 3 months of treatment,the overall recurrence rate was 6.90%in the experimental group and 18.51%in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference.The recurrence rate in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter.Conclusion:1.Joint irrigation combined with acupoint injection and joint puncture combined with acupoint injection are effective in the treatment of acute symptoms of gouty knee arthritis.2.In the experimental group,the effect of diagnosis and treatment of the involved joints flushing combined with acupoint injection decreased the levels of uric acid in blood,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,and clinical signs(knee joint pain,skin temperature,skin color,body weight,limited function of flexion and extension)was better than that of the control group.For the gouty knee arthritis in the acute stage of the degree of joint swelling in the two groups have obvious therapeutic effect,the two groups before and after treatment no significant difference;for clinical signs on the relief of gout stone,According to the data before and after the experiment,there was no significant therapeutic effect in both groups.3.Joint irrigation combined with acupoint injection in the diagnosis and treatment of gouty knee arthritis in acute stage is effective,the comprehensive curative effect is obviously superior to the control group,this treatment method is simple,relatively thorough,less trauma,quick healing,economical and practical.Patients with high acceptance and no side effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
