| ObjectiveWith the continuous changes of social times,people’s living and working environment have also changed greatly.Painful diseases of neck,shoulder and back have become common diseases.According to epidemiological statistical analysis,the incidence rate of neck,shoulder and back myofascitis in China is increasing year by year in recent years.The disease also has an impact on the work and life of patients,and even causes anxiety,and suicidal impulse.In clinical practice,it is found that fire needle has a good curative effect on the disease,Combined with acupuncture treatment,the effect is much better.Therefore,by carrying out a randomized controlled clinical trial,it was compared to observe whether fire needling combined with acupuncture therapy could treat cervical shoulder dorsal myofascitis more effectively than conventional acupuncture therapy,so as to reduce the psychological and psychological pressure of patients and also provide a more effective treatment method for clinical treatment of neck,shoulder and back myofascitis.MethodsBased on the principle of patients ’ voluntary participation in the experiment,a total of 60 patient s who met the inclusion criteria were collected from t he acupuncture outpati ent department and the rehabilitatin out patient department of Bao’an TCM hospi tal group and were diagnosed wi th neck,shoulder and back myofascitis.According to the ratio of 1:1,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with fire-needle therapy combined with acupuncture therapy,while patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.Before the acupuncture treatment,the two groups were first routinely disinfected at the acupuncture site.When the needles were inserted,the filiform needle was quickly inserted into the skin of the acupoint in the two groups with the method of rapid injection,and then the needle was slowly reached a certain depth after the skin was broken.Applying the method of acupuncture movement until the qi is coming.The two groups were kept acupuncture for 30 minutes respectively,and then the acupuncture therapy was end.And pressing the pinholes with disinfecting cotton swab can reduce the pain of the patient and prevent pinhole bleeding.Finally,the treatment group received additional fire-needle therapy.First,fully exposing the skin at the acupuncture points,looking for pain points and marking them.After routine disinfection,the operator should hold the alcohol lamp in his left hand to make the alcohol lamp as close as possible to the operation site and pay attention not to burn the patient’ s skin.The thumb,index finger and middle finger of the right hand hold the needle handle of the fire needle.Burn the tip of the fire needle on the alcohol lamp until it turns red,and the degree to which the fire needle burns red is bright.The fire needle is quickly inserted into the marking point on the skin,and the depth of the fire needle prick is approximately 0.3 mm.Then the fire needle is quickly taken out,and then the fire needle is quickly inserted into the mark again,and the fire needle is quickly taken out agrain.Each time,you can prick 3 times on one acupuncture point,and every time,you can choose 5 to 8 acupunct ure points to prick.Then,you can apply a small amount of scalding oil on the spot of the fire needle with a sterile cotton swab,because it can reduce the pain of the patient.In order to prevent infection,it is advised that patients should not wash the burning needles within 4 to 6 hours after the end of fire-needle therapy and avoid to eat spicy and greasy food.Before and after treatment,the patients were scored by McGill Pain Scale scoring method.After treatment.According to the criteria of efficacy evaluation,the efficacy was assessed after the treatment for statistical analysis and clinical efficacy evaluation.ResultsStatistical analysis and comparison were made from the aspects of gender,age,course of disease and so on.The results showed that P>0.05 have no statistical significance,suggesting that the basic data of the two groups of patients were similar and not comparable.After two courses of treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in both groups were decreased,and the test(P<0.05)was statistdically significant,which showed that the treatment methods in both groups could improve neck,shoulder and back myofascitis.After treatment,the PRI,VAS and PPI scores were compared between the two groups.And P<0.01 was tested,which was statistically significant.The results showed that after two courses of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on neck,shoulder and back myofascitis was better than that of the control group.Through the statistical analysis of PRI,VAS and PPI scores,the scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment respectively.The test(P<0.05)showed that the two groups had significant statistical significance,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods for patients with neck,shoulder and back myofascitis had improved.The scores were compared between groups before and after treatment,and P<0.05 indicated statistical significance,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of neck,shoulder and back myofascitis.After the completion of the whole course of treatment,statistical data were collected according to the evaluation criteria of effect.The data results showed that the treatment group had cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 20 cases,effective in 3 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases,with the total effective rate of 93.3%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.7%.After analysis,the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01)was statistically significant,which indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of neck,shoulder and back myofascitis.ConclusionsFire needle combined with acupuncture treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment have good therapeutic effect for neck,shoulder and back myofascitis,but fire needle combined with acupuncture treatment is better than conventional acupuncture treatment for neck,shoulder and back myofascitis. |
