Effects Of Different Duration Of Vibrating Manipulation On The Curative Effect And Serum PGF_2αof Cold-dampness PD

ObjectiveThe study was to observe the clinical effect and the effect of serum PGF2α of different duration of vibrating manipulation on cold-dampness primary dysmenorrhea.To explore the optimal time of vibrating manipulation for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,to provide a reference for better treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by vibrating manipulation.MethodsPatients in this study were all from the outpatient of the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese medicine or college students of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.59 patients were collected from January 2018 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into three groups:3 min vibrating manipulation groups,5 min vibrating manipulation groups and 7min vibrating manipulation groups.The three groups were all treated with vibrating manipulation for 7 days before menstruation,7 days of treatment,and 3 consecutive menstrual cycles as a course of treatment.Scale scoring and venous blood collection were conducted before and after the operation,then VAS scale,dysmenorrhea symptom comprehensive scale,TCM syndrome scale and the determination of serum PGF2α were observed in each group.The date were recorded into SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis.The measurement data were expressed as arithmetic mean±standard deviation(x±s).If the data obeys normal distribution,t test or ANOVA is used.If the data is ordinal variable,nonparametric test was used.The test level was 0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.ResultsGeneral data of age,period,menstrual cycles,course of disease,VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom comprehensive score,TCM syndrome score,and the determination of serum PGF2α in the three groups before manipulation were found that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)after statistical analysis.It indicated that the basic conditions of patients in each group were the same,with clinical comparability.Intra-group comparison:VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom comprehensive score,TCM syndrome score and the determination of serum PGF2α in each operation group between before and after the numerical operation was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the 3 min vibrating manipulation group,5 min vibrating manipulation group,and 7 min vibrating manipulation group ameliorated the symptoms of pain dysmenorrhea,symptoms of TCM,and changed the determination of serum PGF2α in laboratory indicators.Inter-group comparison:After the operation,the patients in the three groups were assessed by VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom comprehensive score,TCM syndrome score and the determination of serum PGF2α.Compared with 5 min vibrating manipulation group,3 min vibrating manipulation group and 7 min vibrating manipulation group P<0.05,and 3 min vibration abdominal group compared with 7 min vibrating manipulation group P>0.05.It was proved 5 min vibrating manipulation group was the optimal operating time which can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of pain dysmenorrhea,symptoms of TCM,and changed the determination of serum PGF2α in laboratory indicators.Clinical efficacy comparison:Dysmenorrhea symptom comprehensive score clinical efficacy comparison of the difference has statistical significance,3 min vibrating manipulation group was 55%,5 min vibrating manipulation group was 90%,7 min vibrating manipulation group was 84.21%.The clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome score of the difference was statistically significant.And the clinical efficacy rates of TCM syndrome score about the three groups were 60%,95%,89.47%.ConclusionVibrating manipulation can reduce the determination of serum PGF2αand ameliorate the symptoms of pain dysmenorrhea,symptoms of TCM.The optimal operating time of vibrating manipulation was 5 min,it ameliorated the symptoms of pain dysmenorrhea,symptoms of TCM,and changed the determination of serum PGF2α in laboratory indicators.
