Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Embedding Combined With LE In The Treatment Of Qi Dysfunction Caused By Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type PCOS

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding combined with oral letrozole therapy in patients with ovarian dysfunction caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome,and provide a better treatment plan for clinical treatment of ovulation disorders of qi stagnation and blood stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome.MethodThis study used a small sample randomized controlled study method.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with ovarian dysfunction of stagnation of blood stagnation and polycystic ovary syndrome were included in the clinical observation,and according to the patient’s order of treatment.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral letrozole.The treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding therapy on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the ovulation status,basal body temperature,pregnancy rate and endometrial thickness of the treatment group and the control group were compared.ResultSixty patients with ovarian dysfunction of qi stagnation and blood stasis type polycystic ovary syndrome who were included in the clinical observation were statistically analyzed and analyzed before and after treatment.The results were as follows:the age of the patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment,Baseline indicators such as duration of disease,body mass index,and basic hormone levels were statistically analyzed,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).They were considered to be comparable.After the end of treatment,the data recorded during the treatment process were statistically analyzed and the results were as follows:1.Comparison of improving ovulation disorders in patients:The treatment group and the control group performed 68 and 61 observation cycles respectively,and recorded and counted the ovulation of the two groups.Among them,the treatment group and the control group were pregnant.8 observation cycles and 3 observation cycles were stopped,respectively.The number of ovulation cycles in the two groups was compared by chi-square test,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The number of ovulation cycles in the treatment group was considered higher than that in the control group;2.After treatment,the basal body temperature of the two groups of patients was monitored and recorded on the basal body temperature table to observe whether it was biphasic body temperature,and the number of bidirectional body temperature in the two groups was counted,and the bidirectional cycle of the two groups was compared.The number,after chi-square test,P<0.05,indicating that the difference is statistically significant.The biphasic cycle rate of the treatment group was considered higher than that of the control group;3.The number of pregnancies and the number of early abortions after treatment were compared,and the comparison between groups was performed.After chi-square test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was considered to be higher than that of the control group;4.While monitoring the ovulation of the patients,the endometrial thickness of the patients was monitored,and the endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment was monitored and compared,P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.It is believed that acupoint embedding combined with letrozole is superior to oral letrozole therapy in improving endometrial thickness of patients.Intra-group thickness comparison of the endometrial thickness of the control group showed that letrozole also had a certain therapeutic effect in improving the endometrial thickness of the patient.Conclusion1.Explain that acupoint embedding combined with oral letrozole therapy has obvious ovulation induction effect for patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type PCOS ovulation disorder,and provides a new treatment plan for clinical treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis PCOS ovulation disorder;2.Acupoint embedding combined with oral letrozole therapy has obvious clinical effect in improving the biphasic body temperature of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type PCOS ovulation disorder;3.Acupoint embedding combined with oral letrozole therapy can improve the pregnancy rate of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type PCOS ovulation disorder,and is not prone to miscarriage.The therapy can be applied clinically;4.Acupoint embedding combined with oral letrozole therapy is superior to letrozole in improving endometrial thickness in patients.Oral letrozole also plays a role in improving the endometrial thickness of patients.
