The Quality Of Life,Anxiety And Depression Of Patients With Uterine Fibroids Were Investigated

Research purpose:Through questionnaire and health-related quality of life of patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids,depression and anxiety state questionnaire analysis,understand the severity of the patients with clinical manifestations and the quality of life,the relationship between anxiety and depression,a preliminary understanding of xiangxi district of myoma of uterus myoma related clinical severity of patients' quality of life,anxiety and depression.The research object:A total of 200 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly selected from December 2017 to December 2018 who were hospitalized in xiangxi autonomous prefecture people's hospital.All subjects were diagnosed as uterine fibroids through medical history,clinical manifestations,b-ultrasound,CT and other auxiliary examinations.All of them had surgical indications,and postoperative disease detection results were uterine fibroids.A total of 200 papers were issued,and 195 valid questionnaires were recovered.The response rate was 97.50%.The research methods:Through the questionnaire survey,random xiangxi autonomous prefecture people's hospital in December 2017 to December 2018 for a total of 195 patients hospitalized with symptomatic uterine fibroids female patients,symptoms of uterine fibroids andhealth-related quality of life questionnaire(UFS-QOL)scale,Zung self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Zung depression self rating scale(SDS),and after detailed introduce the content of the questionnaire and investigation purposes please patients completed a questionnaire,collecting the questionnaire results and statistical analysis.Results: 1.The survey of the hospitalized patients with uterine fibroids treated by surgical procedure,the choice of the ways of its operation and patients' age,education level,fertility requirements as well as the quantity of hemoglobin,fibroids number and so on,young patients,patients with higher education level,birth 0 ~ 1 times of patients as well as individual patients with uterine fibroids in most choose uterine fibroids divest(including uterine fibroids cutting under hysteroscopy surgery),lower cultural degree,most of patients with multiple uterine fibroids no birth,requirements and choose the womb all cut method,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.SAS scale and SDS scale results show that the object of study in general information,such as different ages,nationalities,education degree and anxiety and depression status,as well as the number of myoma with anxiety and depression,there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),different amount of hemoglobin and anxious state,as well as the size of the myoma,hemoglobin content and depressive state,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The symptom severity subscale(SSS)in the ufs-qol scale has a significant negative correlation with the sum of all fields in the HRQL scale and the correlation with the other five fields in the HRQL scale except the sexual function field,and a low negative correlation with the sexual function field,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The correlation between SSS and SAS in the ufs-qol scale was significant(r = 0.503),and the difference wasstatistically significant(P < 0.05).The correlation between SSS and SDS in the ufs-qol scale was significant(r = 0.515),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The selection of surgical methods for patients with uterine fibroids requires a comprehensive consideration of the patient's age,fertility requirements,symptom severity and other factors.2.The amount of hemoglobin and the size of fibroids in patients with uterine fibroids are related to the anxiety and depression tendency of patients.3.The symptoms related to uterine fibroids have an impact on the quality of life,anxiety and depression of patients with uterine fibroids.The more severe the symptoms related to fibroids are,the lower the quality of life of patients will be.
