| Rehabilitation assessment is the core of rehabilitation and has the significance of evaluating the rehabilitation effect of patients.Rehabilitation treatment develops,implements,modifies,and improves treatment plans based on rehabilitation assessment to help patients improve their dysfunction and move them back to their families,work,and society.At present,the rehabilitation assessment of the lower limbs is complicated and time-consuming.The instrumental measurement method is mainly carried out by comparing the characteristic parameters of the healthy population and the lower limb dysfunction population,and the overall evaluation of the individual is lacking.Based on this,this paper proposes a comprehensive rehabilitation seoring method for lower limbs,which is used to assess the rehabilitation of lower limb function.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on smart shoes developed by the research group,the data acquisition experiment program was designed,and introduced the definition of lower limb characteristic parameters,including gait parameters and standing balance parameters.For the problem that gait parameters are difficult to extract directly from the data.This paper proposes a gait phase detection algorithm.(2)Statistical methods were used to analyze the significance of the characteristic parameters in the healthy group between the left and right sides,genders,and age groups.For the characteristic parameters with significant differences among the age groups,the correlation with age was analyzed.Characteristic parameters that are not affected by left and right sides,gender,and age are selected.The differences of characteristic parameters between the healthy group and the lower limb dysfunction group were analyzed,and the characteristic parameters anbected by the disease were screened out.Using these two screening methods,a screening table for characteristic parameters suitable for rehabilitation assessment is established.(3)Establish a comprehensive rehabilitation scoring method for lower limbs,and establish a linear regression model between lower limb part of the Fugl-Meyer motor scale and comprehensive rehabilitation score.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the two and verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive rehabilitation scoring method.(4)Establish the minimal detectable change of the comprehensive rehabilitation score,which is used to exclude the influence of random measurement error,and to judge whether the score change before and after rehabilitation training has clinical significance.(5)Initially complete the rehabilitation assessment software. |
