Analysis Of Research Status Of Health Information Standards Based On Information Measurement

Objective:The health information standard is a basic and decisive project for the national health informationization construction to achieve practical results.It has irreplaceable application value and great significance for the smooth realization of China’s health information resource sharing and interconnection.From the perspective of information metrology,the topic deeply explores the domestic and international health information standards research literature,the main issues,major journals,core authors,research institutions,high-frequency keywords,research hotspots,frontier directions and other key content,on domestic and international health information standards.The research status and hotspots are scientifically analyzed and interpreted.The main problems found in the inductive research are summarized and some targeted suggestions are put forward,thus providing a unique research perspective and macro reference basis for relevant research work.Methods:The health information standard was used as the key word for retrieval.The domestic network CNKI and Wanfang database library were selected as Chinese literature data sources,and the WOS(Web of Science)database core collection was selected as the main foreign literature data source.Using the metrology software tools such as EXCEL,SATI3.2,UCINET6.0,etc.,relying on the three laws of information metrology(Bradford’s law,Price’s law and Zipf’s law),applying literature research method,word frequency statistics,co-word analysis,social network analysis and related visualization methods,especially small group research,central analysis,cohesion subgroup analysis and other social network analysis methods to profoundly reveal domestic author cooperation and research hotspots,selected for relevant researchers Provide references for questions and cooperation.Find international leading researchers and leading scientific research institutions,sort out the specific research directions of foreign health information standards,and comprehensively grasp the research trends and research heights of international health information standards.Results:In 1989,the earliest article in China that actually involved the practical content of health information standards-"Introduction to Health Information Coding";the annual literature volume showed a general upward trend,and the degree of attention has decreased in recent years;In 138 journals,China Journal of Health Information Management The number of posts was in the first place;58 core authors formed a relatively complex author cooperation network,which was divided into eight groups of authors by small group analysis,and the core authors were studied in terms of degree centrality,intermediate center and near center.Among the publication.Among the 110 core authors,Professor Chute,Christopher G of the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health ranked first.Among the 981 first authors,Kopanitsa,Georgy,from Tomsk Polytechnic University,Russia,ranked first.Vanderbilt University has an absolute advantage in all research institutions.The research in this field in the United States andEurope is more in-depth.The
