| At present,the phenomenon of medical disputes has become a serious social hot spot and difficult problem concerned by the public,medical staff and relevant government departments.The enormous psychological needs of patients and their families in medical disputes are not fully taken into account,which is a threat and challenge to hospital management.Faced with this situation,the author takes a three-level dental hospital A as an example,trying to use professional knowledge and methods of social work,seize the opportunity,hoping to provide new methods and ideas for solving medical disputes.As one of the main modes of case work in social work,crisis intervention mode has strong applicability and few case studies.In this study,literature research,observation and interviews were used to collect data,introducing the basic situation of medical disputes in hospital A,the basic situation of medical disputes in China and analyzing the reasons,and summarizing the implementation process of crisis intervention mode to solve medical disputes.On this basis,the author chooses a successful case of applying crisis intervention model to solve medical disputes,carries out case studies,effectively stabilizes the emotions of patients and their families in the stage of demand estimation,predicts the needs of patients and their families according to the results of interviews:the needs of stable and comfortable emotions,the needs of investigating the truth and giving feedback,and resolves the problem of oral diseases.Needs to restore self-esteem;in the intervention stage,according to the needs of patients and their families to work out a solution plan and start implementation according to the solution plan;in the follow-up service stage,consolidate the progress made by patients and their families and evaluate,combined with interviews with patients and their families,to compare the psychological and behavioral changes of patients to carry out service effect evaluation,the results show that the case owner Needs have been addressed.The author draws the following conclusionsCrisis intervention model can effectively solve medical disputes,which can solve the contradiction between doctors and patients,and enable patients and their families to live in a positive state again.At the same time,it also reflects on the shortcomings of this study.It is believed that the crisis intervention model to solve medical disputes is in the stage of not being studied by scholars and needs to be developed continuously.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to solve medical disputes by crisis intervention mode:medical institutions should strengthen medical quality management;medical institutions should strengthen the training of legal provisions,policies and related knowledge;Complaint management departments should work closely with each other. |
