| As the most important resource of an enterprise,human resource is the key to its competitiveness and sustainable development in the market.As a "driving force",the incentive mechanism is an important guarantee mechanism for enterprise management to ensure employees’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work,and to maintain continuous creativity and productivity.Whether the design of incentive mechanism is scientific and reasonable and whether it can exert its effect or not has a direct impact on the sustainable,healthy and stable development of enterprises to a large extent.In recent years,national policies have gradually opened up the medical market,and private hospitals emerge as an important supplementary force for China’s medical and health undertakings.As private eye hospitals are still emerging industries at present,private capital lacks experience in hospital operation and management,as well as emphasis on human resource management and employee motivation.How to fully combine and give full play to the characteristics of enterprise profit-making and hospital public welfare,and how to fully tap and give full play to the talents of employees through effective human resource incentive mechanism has become a subject to be solved by private hospitals.This paper takes A private eye hospital as the research object,deeply studies the current situation of human resource management and current incentive mechanism of company A through field research,interview and other means,and analyzes the problems and needs encountered in the process of employee motivation.Through the literature research and case analysis,using incentive research theories and models home and abroad,combined with the private eye hospital industry law of development and research of human resource management practice,from the post system,salary system and examination system these three aspects of A company’s incentive mechanism in detail the content of the adjustment,optimization and system is perfect.This paper proposes A plan that conforms to the actual management status and strategic development needs of company A,forms A set of scientific and complete incentive mechanism matching with the development of private eye hospitals,solves the current difficulties of company A in staff incentive,and meets the human resource development needs of company A in the next 2 to 3 years. |
