Research On Incentive Mechanism Improvement Of Human Resources’ In Hengyang Central Hospital

With the continuous reform of the medical system,the development of the medical industry is becoming more and more standardized.Talent competition has become the core of many hospital management work.How to attract and retain talent for enterprises,make full use of talent and stimulate the potential of employees,how to arouse the employees’ passion is a burning question.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice,Hengyang Central hospital human resource management incentive mechanism to study,the main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the five dimensions of salary and welfare,management ability,working condition,corporate culture,work and training,evaluation and incentive from Hengyang Central hospital staff,an evaluation system containing 27 secondary indexes was designed.Mechanism employee satisfaction survey,according to the survey results analysis Hengyang Central hospital human resources incentive mechanism problems.(2)According to the theory of Maslow’s demand hierarchy,the satisfaction index system is classified according to the needs of physiological needs,safety demand,attribution demand,respect for demand and self-realization.On this basis,the five levels of incentive mechanism The degree of demand to investigate,according to the survey results to master the degree of Hengyang Central hospital staff needs degree of strength.(3)Combining the results of satisfaction and demand survey,under the guidance of the relevant theory of incentive mechanism,the author puts forward the optimization measures to solve the problem of human resource incentive mechanism in Hengyang Central hospital from the needs of employee.
