| Objective: This study compared the relevant indexes of arthroscopic meniscus suture method,outside-in suture method and all-inside internal suture method for the treatment of meniscus body injury, and observed their clinical efficacy after surgery. In the surgical treatment, choose a better surgical method to promote meniscus healing, provide reference for the clinical practice of the disease, and canguide clinical practice, which is of great significance for the overall function recovery of the knee joint. Methods: Patients who underwent meniscus injury in the Depar tment of Orthopaedics,Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to August 2018 were routinely examined for knee joint MRI before surgery, and Lysholm,VAS scores, and joint mobility were performed. The measurement is followed by arthroscopic observation and the suture method is selected.Thirty-one patients were screened according to the different suture m ethods used in the operation. The patients were divided into:outsid e-in suture group: 16 cases;all-inside suture group: 15 cases;completed in 3 and 6 months after operation.Lysholm,VAS scores, meas ured joint mobility, and assessed postoperative foreign body sensation. At the last follow-up,the assessment was based on the Barrett criteria. The difference in clinical efficacy between meniscal sutures was analyzed based on the results. Results: The results showed that there were no significant diffe rences in preoperative gender, age, knee, internal and external, preo perative score and physical examination(P>0.05).The all-inside suture group had less operation time, and the difference was statistical significance(P <0.05).There were significant differences in Lyshol m score,VAS score and activity between the two groups before and after surgery(P<0.05).The patients in the all-inside suture group had higher Lysholm score and VAS score at 3 and 6 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in activity(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the foreign body sensation bet ween the two groups at 3 months after operation, and there were fewer in all-inside sutures(P<0.05).However,there was no significa nt difference in the foreign body sensation of knee joint at 6 months after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference bet ween the two groups(P>0.05).Finally,the healing condition was evaluated according to Barrett’s criteria. The overall healing rate was90.3%,the healing rate of ouside-in suture group was 93.8%,and the healing rate of all-inside suture group was 86.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Arthroscopic use of two suture methods has a good effect on the treatment of meniscus body injury, but all-inside suture is beneficial to the faster and better recovery of knee joint function, and the operation time is short, early postoperative patients The incidence of foreign body sensation is low,and postoperative pain is mild, which can be widely used in the treatment of meniscus injury. |
