Objective:Through observing the curative effect of tonifying qi and nourishing blood method to promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation of colorectal cancer,a fixed prescription of tonifying Qi and nourishing blood method was formed to promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation of colorectal cancer. To provide a new treatment for postoperative patients with colorectal cancer, and reduce the time of postoperative recovery. Methods:From May 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with colorectal cancer, who were admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to January 2019,were confirmed to suffer from malignant tumors of the large intestine by pathological examination in the previous examination after rectal Ca.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(combined traditional Chinese and western medicine group)and control group(pure western medicine treatment group). All use western medicine routine treatment, treatment group plus Chinese medicine Bazhen decoction. Then the symptoms and signs of the patients and the CRP index. Results:The clinical results showed that there was little individual difference between 60 patients with colorectal cancer and colorectal cancer(P > 0.05).Compared with thecontrol group, the physical condition, immune function and mental state of the 60 patients with colorectal cancer were better than those of the control group(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It is suggested that it has a strong effect of tonifying qi and nourishing blood. The decrease of CRP in the treatment group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment also showed that the prescription could promote postoperative rehabilitation to a certain extent. No side effects were found during the experiment.Conclusion:1.The method of tonifying qi and nourishing blood can promote the recovery of patients with colorectal cancer after operation, mainly accelerate the recovery of postoperative abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and accelerate the exsufflation and defecation of the patients.2.The decrease rate of CRP in patients with colorectal cancer after operation was accelerated after the therapy of replenishing qi and nourishing blood, which indicated that the treatment was effective.3.Peri-operative treatment of colorectal cancer by supplementing qi and nourishing blood is relatively safe and feasible, and has little effect on the vital signs of patients, and basically within the normal range, the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is very low.It is safe and feasible clinically.
