Clinical Observation Of Dehydration Shengyu Decoction And Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath For Decompensation Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease And (Yang Deficiency Water Syndrome)

Objective:Using Xiaoshui shengyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with western medicine to treat the decompensated period of chronic pulmonary heart disease(Yang deficiency syndrome with water flooding),and to observe its efficacy and safety,so as to provide an effective clinical treatment scheme.Method:Sixty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease hospitalized in respiratory department of Sichuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected from January 2018 to January 2019.Randomly divided them into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoshui Shengyu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of routine western medicine.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Analyzing the gender,age,course of disease,the number of acute exacerbation hospitalizations in the past year,the scores of TCM syndromes,quality of life,cardiac function level,BNP and diuretic use in the course of disease.The data were collated and analyzed by SPSS20.0 software package.Result:1.The gender of the two groups was tested by Chi-square test.The age,course of the disease and The number of hospitalizations due to acute exacerbation in the past year were tested by independent sample t test,P > 0.05.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups,and there was comparability.2.The scores of TCM syndromes,NYHA cardiac function,quality of life,the BNP of the two groups before treatment were tested by independent sample t test and rank sum test,P > 0.05.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups before treatment.3.Treatment in both groups could improve clinical symptoms,signs,cardiac function and quality of life,but the difference between the two groups by independent sample t test and rank sum test is statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.4.There was no significant difference in BNP between the two groups by independent sample t test(P > 0.05),but the rate of decline of BNP was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P < 0.05).5.Chi-square test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups in the using of diuretics(P < 0.05).Xiaoshui Shengyu Decoction with Chinese medicine foot bath could reduce the useing of diuretics.Conclusion:The application of Xiaoshui Shengyu Decoction and Chinese medicine foot bath combined with western medicine in the treatment of decompensated period of chronic pulmonary heart disease(Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome)can obviously alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients and improve their cardiac function and quality of life,also can reduce the BNP value and reduce the use of diuretics in treatment.It is more accurate,safe and reliable than western medicine alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
